Think we need to properly exploit the City group experience of Mark Lawwell, which extends to promising managers as well as players.

First choice would be Knusten, but failing that I'd like another well thought out appointment with not necessarily a name we'd all recognise.

I also think whoever comes in absolutely MUST be good at working with academy players to maximise their potential. We need yo get to a place where we're turning out big talents consistently.

Hopefully Rodgers stays far away from the job this time around. He's not a man to be trusted. Remember the whole shitshow around the Dembele transfer. Remember how he left the club. He didn't leave for Man Utd or Bayern, but for * Leicester in the season run up. He's an opportunistic man and would bolt the second he gets an offer from a cash strapped club elsewhere.

I don't know about Knutsen. He's doing his magic with Bodø again this season. They're flying atm. I do suspect that his methods doesn't translate from a Norwegian dressing room up north in Norway to Glasgow. He wants total commitment from his players in every aspect of the game. If he don't get that he'll just bench players and punt them on the first occation. He don't give a * about seniority within the squad. He'll rather lose with a commited squad than win with a squad who doesn't buy into his ideas. Also I think he doesn't want a move even further away from his wife and young daughter in Bergen. He's gone on record saying that living in Bodø makes family life very difficult for him and that it is huge sacrifice for both him and his family to make. Moving to a city overseas without a direct route to Bergen could be a no go for him.

Prior to him coming in though we had CCV, Jota, Hart, Starfelt, Hatate and Kyogo since he came in we've signed guys like Haksabanovic, Bernabei, Kobayashi, Iwata, Oh. I know what group I would be picking in fairness I still think it's far to early to judge Mark Lawwell and i think its clear Ange had a huge influence on our scouting as well I'm just being a * :giggle1:

Have to be careful with my phone's autocorrect if Adolf Hutter gets the gig.

The reason I’m saying Rodgers as the early list gives me PTSD and he’s a level above most if not all of them and I want the best manager in charge.

he is a great coach who is a big enough name to potentially keep some of the key players there.

I think his methods would work just fine in Scotland. Fair play to him if he wants to stay at Bodo Glimt, though.

If Ange goes ,(I'm still hoping he stays) then Rodgers can get to *! Potter would be my choice but how long did it take him to get Brighton to the level they wer when he left? He didn't have enough time at Chelsea and would he get time if he came to us?

I’m growing more and more towards Rodger’s myself, when you look at the potential candidates he certainly seems like the sensible option, how it would go down with the support is another question.

If we are not asking Rodgers the question then we are being stupid. That is all I can say.

I care about the club winning * and doing decent in Europe. Rodgers has a better European showing that Ange let’s not forget.

Rodgers had some serious * ups in europe, some proper hammerings. Rodgers should not be back at our club!

Navigated the qualifiers twice and lost to the Greek champions the only time we missed out, not to mention our first away win in the champions league for long enough 3-0 v Anderlecht, 2 draws against city, and Monchengladbach were we should have won, i see what you are saying.
