What could he achieve at Brighton that he can't achieve at us? An FA Cup maybe? Spurs were in a CL final a few years ago and came within a whisker of an EPL not long back.

The thing is even if it does go spectacularly bad for him he won't regret it. He will have convinced himself that it was an opportunity he couldn't miss. And a nice little pay off too if he got sacked

He's not having Kennedy. He can take Kewell if he wants, as he brought him here, but he's not having Kennedy. And if JK actual does join him, I really WILL lose all faith in modern football.

I'm not just saying this because it's Celtic this time, but that actually sickened me. Clubs like Chelsea see someone doing something good at a smaller club and think, we'll just take that and see if it works here. Brighton really showed amazing judgement to bring in De Zerbi, hopefully our board are able to pull off something similar.

EPL has ruined football mate. Already too far gone at this point, it's only going to get worse and worse.

Why we all wanted Kennedy gone after the Lennon spell in charge what’s changed now? He’s still there was there beforehand aswell when the majority of us wanted him gone.

Clean slate let a new guy bring in his own staff McManus is still there for continuity if required

He's not joining Forest or Villa 50 years ago. He's joining Spurs today (tomorrow?) and currently they are a bigger club with far greater potential.

The chance to rebuild one of the 10 richest clubs in the world with top 4-6 ambitions is a million miles from where he was just a couple years ago. That wouldn't have been possible without Celtic taking a chance on him, so he owes a huge debt of gratitude, but it's an opportunity that'd be very difficult for any manager we might hope to employ to turn down.

Completely agree, the way we conducted ourselves over his tenure. I hope we've learned from him as he's probably learned from us and as long as we go forward I'm all for it.

Added to that when Ange come in our team was very very poor, one or two sellable assets. We've now got a massive pool of some top top talent, talent that will bring in millions to reinvest if we cash in on them.

I've always been a half full kind of person, but there will be plenty of managers wanting to manage us, not like were going to struggle to attract anyone.

I don't remember wanting him gone. Open to being proved wrong on that. If I am wrong and I did want him gone then I was stupid. I want him to stay now anyway.

That's another thing. McManus was moved to the B team so he could implement Anges style

Villa and Forest have 3 things Spurs don't though. Come to think of it, we have one too.

You know it's getting crazy when the big Spanish and Italian clubs are complaining that they can't compete for players and managers. I'm very glad we're not in the EPL, mate, because that is one very scary bubble. I have a horrible feeling it will take down some really great clubs with it when it bursts.

Good luck to him, definitely not 'the end of the world for us' tho.

That being said, it's absolutely crucial we get a proper replacement. Young, forward thinking manager with fresh ideas. Would be a disaster to get the likes of Moyes, Keane or even Rodgers.

Jesse Marsch or Knutsen would be a seamless transition.

I just hope the Club doesn't take forever to get a new guy in. We have a massive transfer window ahead of us as well.

Trying to look at the positives posted and there is positives considering where we are financially. Champions league direct entry. Off the back of a treble. A team full of winners and assets on long term deals..

It's sickening though. Gone just like that when we were on to something special..
