Cal could walk into the starting XI of that Spurs side but would Ange dare even ask? How much of a brass neck does he have? Rodgers tried to sound Cal out about a move to Leicester and Cal respectfully said no and it went no further and I'd fully expect Ange to get the same answer.

Kyogo and Daizen I can see him coming for, maybe Iwata. Hatate I think will go but not to Spurs. CCV can't see Levy agreeing to buy back a player that came through their youth system especially as the fans have written him off.

 

Out or respect he never went for maeda until the 2nd window. He said he wouldn't do that to his previous club.

I'm pretty sure Daizen had said Ange did ask him to move with him in the summer of '21 but as honour is a big thing for Daizen he said he wouldn't move until he had seen out the season and sealed the title with his current club. I'm going to believe Daizen on this one.

 

I think it's safe at this point not to take his word anyway

The big man will get massive pay packet by going to the soulless EPL yes but, he’ll never get the love he gets from The Celtic Fan Base. Money isn’t everything and Spurs are a fucn basket case of a club!

This move, if it transpires, could end in massive disappointment for Ange trying to work with Levy sticking his neb into team affairs.

I’ve said before he won’t enjoy the same autonomy he has with Celtic.

Let’s just hope he gives Levy the same answer as Arne Slot, who said he wanted to remain at Feyenoord because he feels they’re on the cusp of something special.

I feel Ange should stick with The Club and cement legendary status with us for another 2 years at least.

Unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the outcome we all want.
