I do think it's becoming increasingly clear why MON's been hanging around recently though. Been brought in by DD to tell him the grass isn't always greener etc. Would be willing to place money that this is why he's been around so much.

 

I fear the powers that be don’t make the right appointment with Lawwell back in a capacity is it back to jobs for the bhoys?

 

The shittiest aspect if Ange leaves. He made sure they felt welcomed and created conditions for them to thrive. Maybe some Japanese company pays him to stay.

 

We’re in a better place, but there’s still a massive question around recruitment, because Ange is heavily involved in that.

Especially if we’re gutted in the summer

The sad thing to me is I don't think we'll get another manager who would be allowed as much control as Ange was given.

When Kyogo and then Jota came off the way they hugged Ange I had a feeling that’s it! The body language and everything for me showed he is off.

I hope I am wrong I really do but I think he’s gone.

What's also annoying about his no doubt imminent departure is that he's been a bastion for bigging up the club and selling it in a way that makes it rival EPL prospects. Him leaving so quickly is a big message to our Japanese/Asian players in particular to head at the first opportunity to England.

 

With Broonie, Moyes and Kennedy being mentioned it looks very ominous.

 

I feel the exact same, we will * up a new appointment and it will stink of Lawwell once again.

 

Aye he's gone and if he's keeping it shtum until he talks to spurs the board will now have no trust in him and not back him so either way I think we'll need a change if he's indeed going to spurs then he'll quickly realise just like Rodgers it was a massive mistake
