I said as soon as we beat the filth, 10-0 look what we done to United during the season after a defeat!

Too many toxic owners in the Premier at the moment, that will be a huge factor on managers taking jobs. Spurs will sell Kane in the summer leaving them with a really poor team, I know Ange likes a challenge, but that job seems like a poisoned chalice if ever if seen one.

Any EPL job is going to be a huge draw for a manager. Based on what I’ve heard I think Ange will stay with us for next season, but leaving for Spurs doesn’t feel like it’s out of the question.

    Not sure that's true.

In the past few months, Ange has been linked with Tottenham and Chelsea based almost entirely on what he's doing here. Whether this or that link is true or fabricated, it's fair to say that he's someone who Premier League clubs are looking at, which is a far cry from before he joined Celtic. So if he's being linked with top 6 level clubs now, what will his reputation be if he makes some sort of impact in Europe, which has always been his stated aim?

If Liverpool or Man City came in, I agree, he'd be off like a shot. But he's a fairly calculated bloke, and Spurs are a risky proposition. I honestly don't think he'd care about Kane potentially being off, but the difficult owner, director of football and transfers by committee model must be a giant red flag for someone whose success depends to a large degree on getting the right players in to fit his system.

I fully expect Ange to come out and firmly quash any rumours that he may be offski.

The EPL is a strong lure with all it's riches, but the managerial merry-go-round is ruthless.

Hope they don't come in for him, would really like one more season out of him, if they do come in I fully expect him to go, money he'd be on will be obscene.

Why would Ange want to work under a dictatorial megalomaniac like Levy? It would be fire and brimstone.

Levy is just impossible to work with. Ange is nobody's yes man, and that won't sit with Levy. If there has been an approach by Tottenham, or it happens soon, I expect it to be a brief round of negotiations ending in failure.

Think alot will depend on if we are willing to back him get players in to make more of a mark in Europe next season.

Something made me think this morning that the reason he was persisting with likes of Bernabei in game vs Huns was to show that the team needs investment. Historically we have been happy to sit on what we have if we think we have a bit of a lead

The major concern is that Spurs are wealthy enough to sack Ange early and pay him out, which would be a life changing sum for Ange and he'll still get any number of other offers afterwards.

He does keep saying he intends to stay a while but the vibe recently has seemed slightly off.

I've said forever that a mega offer would have to give him pause for thought, no matter how deep his connection with Celtic.

No matter how good we think Ange is he’s not taking Tottenham to the delusional heights their support and Levy think they should be at and that will see him out a job quick sharp. There’s no patience and hence no projects, something Ange has said he looks for. He’ll earn more than enough to retire back to Greece or Oz but he’ll prob commit managerial suicide in doing so. Our clubs values chime with so many of his and when you’ve worked so hard for so long to find something that’s such a good fit and offers so much I think he’d be mad to trade it in for a big payday and a couple of seasons in the EPL.
