    Neither of them were injured when Scales went to Aberdeen. If one of them picked up an injury now, we would want cover. The most obvious solution would be to recall Scales.

    Scales hasn't started a single game at left back for Aberdeen this season. I think we'll sooner see the mythical left back Hatate before we see Scales play another game for us at left back :giggle1:

    I don't think it has to do with not being good enough to start. Even their manager came out and said in the media that they want to sign him. My guess would be that Scales wants to fight for a chance at Celtic, and Aberdeen got buthurt.

    Thought he had a good game last night.

    Definitely good enough to be a decent player in the SPL so can see why Aberdeen are very keen to get a deal done.

    Just isn't the quality we need for ourselves.

    Scales has been a cb all season and I think Celtic plan on selling him to Aberdeen, that could scupper that. Montgomery would make more sense to recall.
