    Been meaning to bring this up for a while, but on the Clyde 1 phone-in late last season, on the back of the Mike McCurry disgrace at Ibrox and in support of his view that referees are biased towards the "OLD FIRM" he proclaimed;

    "In the 1988 centenary season, I was on many, many occassions EMBARRASSED at the decisions we got in our favour"

    This week * is a * disgrace, and to think he was actually my favourite Celtic player at one point!!!!!! This was the worst in a long line of * comments from the *, he has had me screaming with rage at my car radio on many occassions! Anyone else with me on this??

    id like him to explain what decisions he felt we shouldnt have got back in the centenary year.
    the only glareing thing i ever remember was the joe miller cup final goal when it should have been a throw in to the dobs..... but that wasnt even the centenary year.

    I would like to ask other players from the centenary year if they shared his embarrassment. I very much doubt you'll find any who do.

    Thats a strange comment for Walker to make considering he picked up a medal, maybe he should give it back if he feels he didn't deserve to win it, but can't see that happening. He should keep his mouth shut.

    give an ex player a microphone and they invariably turn into arses...... nicholas and burley are prime examples.

    the whole thing about us getting decisions is rubbish. fair enough caldwell made contact ( textbook rubbish challenge) but the dundee utd guy made a meal of it. I remember last year on the last day naka got taken down. There was contact then but he also made a meal of it and we didnt get it. things like this happen to everyone its just the old firm usually score enough goals so that one decision doesnt effect the outcome of the game.

    Davie Provan and Graham Spiers are the only impartial pundits on clyde

    Its a perfect example of a growing band of ex-pros (circa Booth, Hateley, Burley etc), too * lazy to give anything back to the game, who think they can make a name for themselves in the media by making a few controversial comments.

    Go * yourself Walker, u tarnish your centenary season legend every time u write a column or laughably try to anchor TV programmes.

    *

    why is it the pundits on clyde 1 always call celtic fans paranoid ? yet they can't have a bad word says about walter smith but when it's wgs it's open fire !! and all i've heard on it is about utd's penalty claim but when it was utd v the satons sons they were brushing it under the carpet saying all refs make mistakes ? HUGH KEEVINS is the worst out them all you cant half tell he's a hun !!

    Aye he has nothing relevant to say - just digs at celtic. Same with Burley and Charlie Nic. A lot of wanks. Try to stirup anti Celtic stuff all the time.

    I think charlie nic talks * and scott booth i hate listening to but i honestly think andy walker is fair . Lets be honest it was a penalty against utd and we got lucky this time and we get our fair share . The thing is when you get a break like that and it affects the result then its highlighted more than if it makes no difference . What he said was that it was human nature when a ref had a decision to make and hes got 50 - 60 thousand fans howling for a penalty that he was swayed and he also said tht as a celtic player he was happy to get them but playing gainst celtic he was guted !! Who wouldnt ?

    I've looked at Caldwell penalty incident again, he doesn't follow through with his rightleg, he holds back.
    Take another look, maybe ref actually got it right.
