Jaysis relax mate I’m just saying how spot on he’s been with most decisions. Hard to get with most top level managers

Kyogo on left wing his first Hun game and that’s been about it and Kyogo against Betis.

You wave enough money in front of anyone and their thought process changes!

I used to think the rat had all what your saying, but, wave enough money at them, they are gone!

I'd add perhaps the persistence with McGregor as a 6. His long shot ability is wasted, while O'Riley loses nothing if he is moved further away from the goal.

I'm happy with the business we've done and I'm not greedy, but has there been anything said recently to suggest Ange is looking for any more this window? I tend not to check all the different threads devoted to specific players as more often than not I reckon the stories are made up.

Absolutely not, McGregor in the 6 elevates us as a team so * much. O’Riley loses a * of a lot and is struggling to get it back since moving back up the pitch, his creativity from further up the pitch for 99% of the time at Celtic has been insane. His key passes is head and shoulders ahead of everybody elses in the league.

I'd keep McGregor in the 6 and try and find another 8 tbh. He's grown so much into the role i'd argue he's much better there now than if we pushed him up.

Everybody makes the argument we’ve found McGregors best position everywhere he plays mate. It’s been said at AM, LW, CM and DM. We may as well just accept he’s * hot wherever he plays :56:

    * even the much maligned him at LB against the Huns game he was by far our MotM that game :56:

I get where you are coming from, but you’ve only got to look at McGregor to see that isn’t always the case. I don’t think he leaves for a pish PL club, he’s only leaving for a top PL club, someone who’s playing in Europe or has the financial clout to be top 6. Otherwise I think he’d be more than happy to stay at Celtic for a long time and possibly have a PL crack at a pish team as a swan song.

McGregor is different though. He's brought up with us. Has seen others move and not work out. Browny also probably in his ear to stay plus the fact, I can't see someone waving ridiculous amounts of money at him. Yes a pay rise but nothing on the scale Ange could be offered. Anyway, it's all a guessing game but time has proven, wave enough cash in front of someone and they'll bite.

You insane people keep forgetting Mooy is in the team. Fortunately, Ange does not forget this.

I think he's probably just a bit of a home bird and has no reason to move since he's got a great salary and plays at a great club.

Therefore anyone wanting to sign him needs to offer him a huge salary, but they also take a huge risk because he might not adapt if he doesn't naturally want to move from his home city. We've all seen it happen.

Although O'Riley did well, the speed of our play is nowhere near as crisp when McGregor's not in that role. There are numerous different aspects that come together to make Ange's system work, but McGregor is central to it.

I don't think it's a coincidence that him being out coincided with us going through a stretch where we weren't scoring many goals and were scraping by in certain games. We're much more of a threat when the ball is moving forward quickly, especially domestically.
