Extremely, especially in the first half.

At one point he got the ball and stood there for what seemed an eternity and allowed Fatboy to run over and almost win the ball off him, and a few other moments around that period when he was on the progression and looked about as fast as a weekender in London Road…

Mental how * see completely different things, there was one point the 2nd half when they were breaking Sakala had bout 10 yards on him, and that wee * quick, he just made up the yards strolled by him and took the ball away.

To be fair I did say either today or yesterday that he grew into the game later on and made a few brilliant covering runs to stop them.

But aye he was as slow as * during the start, and certainly was “outstanding” by any stretch…

Nah he wasn’t outstanding but did enough being flung in the deep end that I’m happy enough to see how he gets on.

The most worrying aspect for me is I think he seems very similar to Ralston. I prefer the different option, like Ralston and Jura or Taylor and Bernabei. Both good options but very different options than each other.

He offered nothing more yesterday that Tony offers on his worst day, and for me doesn’t look like he’ll be any better than Ralston.

Certainly takes the face value down of our unusually handsome squad, boy fell oot a Maple Tree and hit every branch on the way down

Decent debut, think being in the world cups worst 11 is a total disservice

More from what I’ve seen of him in his highlights and how he played in the world cup against Belgium. They’re the same style of right back.

I think he looks like Craig Bellamy if you put that big mouth snapchat filter on him

Aye, he's not slow in the slightest. Maybe wanted too much time on the ball a couple of times, but he's new to Scottish football and he wasn't the only player guilty of that yesterday.

Looked fairly solid defensively and put in a couple of good crosses. Agree that he doesn't look like he's going to pull out a stepover and beat a player the way Juranovic is maybe capable of, but Tierney got past players for fun because of his speed and strength. No reason Johnston can't do that.

Aye, especially since he's recovering for JJ........

That clip shows how * Sakala is, losing the ball easily, yet he still roasted Jura

Once he's fully up to speed here, I think him and Iwata will add a bit of steel and aggression to our team.
