Just watched the highlights. His positioning for their first gilt-edged chance is comical.

 

Turning into a 2nd Callum McGregor. Was a point near the end I mind thinking "just punt it to *" and he held onto it dribbled his way out of pressure and curled the ball over to CCV with his right foot keeping possession.

 

Tbh if you ignore everything good he did and just focus on the one negative, then yeah, he didn't play well.

 

That was a very good pass as well but Greg Taylor’s was harder.

I would expect any half decent player to make the pass GG did to Kyogo the space was quite clear

We watch the games, we see how he plays and I would say 99% of people think he’s been playing really well this season. Does he make mistakes? Aye, same as every other player. But you crack on with saying we are “obsessed” or “creepy”. Total projection, with your bizarre vendetta.

Fantastic performance tonight. Actually getting better as the season progresses. Our best player by a distance for me.

 

There was another moment in the second half when he did similar by holding onto the ball when being pressured, turning and then finding a pass up to GG on the halfway line, who was brought down by their player who got a yellow card.

Considering some of the issues we've had in Europe this season, I don't think Taylor even comes close to making that list anymore. He's been one of our positives.

 

Btw has to be said mostly every goal that Celtic conceded in champions league came down the right hand side Greg Taylor for me is rated higher than Croatia right back

i was one of his biggest critics last season I even said he was our weakest link.

Why would I say that last year then suddenly start acting like his dad this year ? Unless of course like everyone else apart from you just think he is just playing much better this season?

if his performance dips I’ll have no problem calling it out but he has earned a lot of good will this season

You'll say any old * to stop yourself from admitting that you might actually not know more than everyone else.

We will need to watch. I wouldn't be surprised if some big teams move in for him in January.

He’s improved this year and now folk are trying to outdo each other in their praise.

i have actually said I think he’s limited physically but his technical improvements have more than made up for that because he had been excellent this year for us.

I think you’ve decided he’s a weak link and made your mind up he’s an average player now your ego can’t backtrack and admit you might have been wrong like everyone else.
