The two openers Real Madrid scored before the red card were jammy af deflections, pitch was a water logged shambles too, false scoreline

 

The score will filter to Madrid. They'll now be thinking it'll be the same. We know differently. Good hustle young ones. The adults will teach them a lesson.

Fair, out b team is in need of some investment to get properly bedded in and hopefully stop the talent drain we have had in recent years

 

I don't actually think investment is the main issue. They are hamstrung by being in the lowland league with no avenue to improve the level of opposition they play against on a regular basis. Until they can get promotion through the leagues, to at least league 1, the best boys will need to go out on loan to get experience playing against better players. Meaning they aren't available to play in games like the UYL, and aren't necessarily getting the best coaching at their loan clubs. We are being held back by the entire football set up in this country, the sad thing is it is so short sighted as it also affects the national team down the line.
