Yes, because playing in Jakarta is essentially an outer suburb of Sydney... :84:

Ok buddy. I've watch every game he played in. He has been great but also was off the pace at times as well.

He doesn’t have a point. He’s judging 2 players on international games for Australia. It’s nonsensical.

Saying Mooy had a better career than Rogic is like saying Stuart Armstrong had a better career than Scott Brown because he played at a major tournament for Scotland.

Again, Australia are absolutely horseshit and needed playoffs to qualify from probably the weakest qualifying stage in world football.

You can't really say Mooy's had a better career than Rogic - they're not really comparable in their club careers, too different. Rogic has been a great player in the best team in the league whereas Mooy (at his best) was a great player in a struggling team and dragged them up to a higher level.

But anyone who's watched the Oz NT over the last six years will tell you that Mooy has been by far the most important player. But even then it's difficult to compare him with Rogic because they're such different players. Rogic (in the mood) could absolutely dazzle, but Mooy is always in the mood. Super consistent, does everything right pretty much all the time.

Rogic- 17 major honours, champions league experience, Europa League experience.

Mooy- played better in a few Aussie games.

Clearly Mooy has had the better career here.

Not being funny but I wasn't aware Huddersfield had so many fans in Australia

They're not even the most popular team in Huddersfield ffs:56:

I'm not really, I'm one of maybe 10 people with an informed opinion here having watched both for the majority of their careers intently.

Mooy was fantastic for Hudds, was excellent for Brighton and was the best player in the A-League (arguably the best player in it's history) when he was there before moving to England.

He's probably been Australia's best player, along with Cahill for the last decade. Rogic has been frankly, * at international level. Even when Ang was there.

He was an integral part of winning an Asian Cup and qualifying for 3 straight world cups.

I have no idea why you are trying to * on a player who is about to become a Bhoy.

Again, I'm looking extremely forward to bumping most of these posts.

My point was if ange wanted rogic instead of mooy he would have kept him.

Don’t forget the Huddersfield fans loved him and think he’s their best ever.

That club with a long history of top class players pulling on the shirt.

We wanted Rogic to stay. He chose to leave.

Not doubting that, I was addressing your point saying he had a point in saying why ange didnt keep rogic instead of signing mooy, which is utter nonsense.

I don't know what's hard to understand here as this has been mentioned a few times....

It's not a question of Ange wanting to keep Rogic or not.

    Rogic wanted to leave.

You’re also assuming he wants Mooy instead of Rogic.

Just can’t get enough Depeche mode
Regardless of how they did in Europe they had 4 teams in groups. SPL had what, 2? And we didn’t exactly make a good account for ourselves.

You are also assuming he doesn't?

Ang built his entire side around Mooy the one time he managed both of them.
