You will find this kind of attitude among some fans even when signing players from our own domestic league. Theres an ego-centrism sometimes.

Mooy has been a much better player for Australia.

Most Hudd's fans consider him their best player in the last 50 years.

If you are solely basing this off 17 titles for Celtic, I guess Rogic has had a better career than the likes of Kewell, Viduka and Zelic then ffs/

I said I don't really have a strong opinion on Mooy. I trust ange though. Its pretty clear the Scottish league is far superior to the Belgian league though. I probably shouldn't have said thriving earlier because that word doesn't really mean much. But shved seams to be playing and his club rate him....

I know logic isn't a strong suit on this forum at times (read the Ang thread from start to finish for verification of this).

Can you tell me why then Ang simply didn't re-sign Rogic then and he's now linked to a low money move to Indonesia?

Why wouldn't Ang just re-sign Rogic instead of getting Mooy on a free then? Given he's clearly better than Mooy?

What the * would Ang know?

Again, everything he has proven in the last year for you and still so incredibly quick to doubt and question him. Unbelievable.

This is underwhelming. But the more negativity I read the more I feel that we'll be pleasantly surprised.

Maybe you should do some research on Celtic before coming on and making yourself look extremely stupid trying to talk about players you clearly know nothing about….

Based on what? They have more than two teams competing in Europe each season.

He’s had a more successful career, yes.

There is a difference between Kewell/Viduka/Cahill and Aaron * Mooy

    I’m getting Youssuf Mulumbu vibes.

    All the best, Aaron.

Literally don’t think even a single Scottish person with a clue about football would consider the SPFL ‘far superior’ to the Belgian league.

Go and look at some of the teams and players in Belgium and then go and look at Hearts who ran away with 3rd place last year.

Rogic made the decision to leave Celtic to be closer to home. It isn't as simple as just resign Rogic ffs The lad wasn't told to leave or not going to get offered another contract.

Now if you want to tackle logic have a word with your fellow countrymen on this forum that think their national team are full of world beaters.

Well clearly you don’t know much about Rogic then either, considering he asked to leave for a new challenge and reportedly to be closer to home.

I think I can find an exact like for like post on this after Ang was announced.

Like for me to drag it up?

I've watched Celtic for the last decade (you can see my joining date).

How much have you seen of Mooy? Honestly?

    Huddersfield:56:

Being their best player in the last 50 years isn’t the accolade you maybe think it is. They were a second/third tier team for almost 50 years. Being arguably their best player in that time is a nice wee personal highlight but hardly anything to write home about.

Nobody mentioned any of those players you brought up so it’s a waste of time discussing them. We’re talking about Mooy and Rogic.

Mooy’s highlight at club level has been getting promoted to the EPL and scraping to stay in it a couple of times. Either that or finishing 15th with Brighton.

Rogic has played Champions League football. Won a quadruple treble. Unbeaten season. Scored the winner to win the treble. Scored a number of goals against the huns.

If you seriously think Mooy has had a better career you’re a * idiot.
