I love the big man but this is * idiotic agreeing to this.

Fan base full of scumbags that take liberties by attacking folk in large numbers, and * despise us because of the debacle a few years ago when they pounded us and we got through, due to them playing an unregistered player.

Wonder if the Holy Goalie will play 1/2 game for each team, the way that Roy Keane did at his Man U testimonial?

 

Genuine world class player and so lucky we had him in his prime

 

It's strange because I'd argue that Forster is/was better overall

But there is easily a point in Boruc career even at Celtic...he was genuinely one of the best keepers in world football. Like you say, genuinely world class.

 

Defo. Forster got there and looked amazing. Used his height well and some saves were literally how?
But boruc...if he didn't have his wobbles with attitude and mental Health etc would have been so much better. I mean he was genuinely top 3 keepers in 2006-2008. Easily.

 

What a pish video. No top corner penalty against Dundee Utd, no Champions flag at the * pit, and no blessing himself at ibrox and the huns going off their nut.

Boruc was a level above Forster for me, it’s not really close.

Not a slight on Forster at all, but for two years Boruc was comfortably in the top 5 keepers in the world.

Some of the saves he was pulling off, most keepers wouldn’t even dive for never mind save. He was incredible.

 

Coulda been a truly world class goalie if he had more professionalism but still glad we had him. Hope he gets a good send off.

 

It's big Artur for me aswell, but you can't say it isn't really close. It's one of those that is a matter of opinion and there is an argument either way.

But aye, big Artur for me, best keeper in my lifetime. And despised all huns with no compromise. What a man.

 

Best keeper I've seen at Celtic for me when on top form..

The way he used to spread his self Schemichel style was top class. That Euro's he was at with Poland he was unbelievable..

Forster was unbelievable as well to be fair but I just liked Boruc more..

 

Wouldn’t be able to say very often we had one of the best players in the world in his position in our team, but Boruc of 06-08 was exactly that. At the 2008 euros especially he was absolutely ridiculous.

He should have been far better for much longer but he was unprofessional as * but I absolutely loved him whilst he was here.

 

Really wish we didn’t take anything to do with those *.


‘Let football win’ patter that Boruc himself used was a * riddy.

 

If they beat us, we should tweet the score after it as 3-0 to us for a laugh.

 

I hate Legia Warsaw fans they'll be nothing friendly about this clash. They despise us. Bring it on. They deserve a good seeing to on the pitch and in the stands. They'll be no half and half scarves. I won't be there as I don't want my head kicked in while eating pierogi in Warsaw Square.

 

Hopefully this puts an end to the rivalry that was just blown out of proportion. They should be hating their own board not Celtic fans.

As a desperate attempt to save face the legia board tried to blame Celtic saying we should have made them aware of the substitute issue as we already knew before hand. Sorry, that's not football and would take away the competitiveness away from a high profile game.

I go to Warsaw often and bumped into boruc last time. I guess juranovic gets a send off too as he flew to us on the back of an away European fixture.
