    Does enyone agree tht donati should make way for a better midfeilder ?

    Mcgeady Brown hartley Robson Nakamura are completely solid best midfeilders in scotland and i feel tht we should sell donati for a better sub

    i can only remember him doing one good thing and tht was that late winner against schaktar donekst he just doesnt have the quality to play in the scottish game the pace is to much for him quite frankly im not sayin he is pure * i just feel his qualities cood be used at a differnt team

    He doesnt actually lack ability, but its his laziness i cant stand. its the way he doesnt make the effort to reach for a mis-placed pass, which he himself was responsible for a lot tonight.

    i wish hed get sold, he doesnt look like he wants to try for the cause of the team.

    Forgot to mention in the other thread how poorly Donati done again.

    What exactly does he bring Mr Strachan? Heres some of todays stats:

    Shots on goal: 0
    Tackles made: 0
    Distance covered: Less than I walk to work
    Interceptions: 0
    Passes forward (attempts): 0
    Passes backwards (attempts): 10
    Successful backwards passes: 2
    Random falling over: 4

    After watching Donati give the ball away too many times and always passing the ball backwards or to someone who was tightly marked and putting them under pressure he needs to go!!!!:31:

    I think if we dont buy anyone we could use the youngsters such as McGowan, Caddis who has been excellent, Cuthbert looked alright and ive been well impressed with Mark Millar too he looks like he can pass the ball and looks comfortable in possesion too

    Dont think he will make it here sadly i duno why its not worked out i thought he would have been a fantastic player here for us , Could still do a job sitting infront the back 4 i think but as Harts got this postion nailed on just now i cant see Donati fitting in esle where he is not the type of box to player we need ,

    We still badly need some one like Stan that can defend and attack at same time with pitching in with the 10 goals a season from centre mid ,

    Donati should go back to Italy where he will get the time on the ball and look decent again ,

    But if he stays will still back him when he pulls on the hoops

    I'd much rather young Millar was used if push came to shove and we were needing a centre mid, if anyone has watched the reserves they'll see why; he is always on and trying to make triangles progressing the play further up the park - exactly the job the Italian Nomad should be doing.

    I agree with this Hammer. He's the one who sticks out for me in the reserves and looks like a tidy player much better than the Italian waste of space.
