Superb effort @Taz, many thanks again.

    :notworthy

Brings back many memories. Back in the day, I used to go to the cinema at least once a week. I never reflected then on the number of quality movies coming out on a regular basis, which this thread highlights. The fact that it was so much more value for money back then compared to the present day is also apparent.

After having watched Aliens for the first time, in an old school cinema, I had the chills for a week.
    Good times!

Cant argue with that list .great work. Thats the good thing about movies everybody is entitled to their opinion about them . Personally back to the future is for me the 80s movie that takes me back there . I watched a ton of movies back in the day collected hundreds of dvds and thought i had seen it all but some suggestions here i havent seen which i will be checking out soon.i suppose my taste in movies changes as i get older .movies nowadays dont even come close to the 80s or 90s.too tamed down .

Cheers @Taz as usual you have put in some amount of work and its much appreciated mate. Although I do/did struggle to understand the ranking some of the films received but that's life. Cracking work @Taz. Some surprising and not so surprising results. Shocked Cocoon didn’t even make top 100! Or the Toxic Avenger :86: As always, love these votes because there’s so many * good movies I’m yet to see.

Thanks Taz once again you have brought us all together and talking about what films were the best. I thought everyone's top ten was good , some crackers in their. Mississippi Burning came out in 5 of the top 10s..
A few films i hadn't heard of , so i will have to catch up on them , thats why we have the sticks.
Once again thanks Taz, without you doing this there are films have never heard of .

Sorry I missed this one @Taz I've been busy all week with my game and totally forgot all about it, not too surprised to see what ended up in the top 10 or even the winner. But there were some great films that fell early doors.
Hopefully I'll be back for the next one.
