Yep, making Kyogo look like David Weir....

 

I actually think his crossing is pretty dangerous when he puts them in low. Had 2 that required a last ditch stretch of the leg to stop GG getting a foot on.

The higher crosses could probably reach the international space station though.

 

I’ve said it plenty of times now, one moment he looks a superstar and the next he looks Sunday league.

In reality, if he fixes his consistency then he will be both parts superstar, all the ingredients are there to be a superstar. I also think the warmer weather will help the pitches and in turn help him.

 

Impressed with him. Sure, a few wild crosses but every other aspect of his game is positive. Reckon there is a lot more to come from him-and now we have quality options all over the shop. He seems like he can play anywhere in attack. Constantly on the move, must be a nightmare for the opposition.

 

Hook it up to the national grid and that’s the energy crisis solved.

 

First time I’ve watched him live and * me, he is an absolute work horse man. Unreal engine, constant pressing, constantly getting those around him to up the work rate. His ability on the ball is * and great in equal measure, but having him on the pitch is such a * task for every player on the right hand side of the opposition pitch.

I thought he, Hatate and Taylor combined really well on the left side yesterday. There was so much space for all three to run in to, I'm sure Maeda's movement and pressing was a major reason for this.

 

Out of interest because its difficult to see on tv, is he trying to lead by example through his own work rate or is he shouting and gesturing at them?

I notice Hatate kind of does this aswell pointing where the ball should go or where teammates are.

 

A bit of both but a lot of it just a sheer riddy of not wanting to just sit and watch him doing it

 

Haha I hope he never stops!! Great type of player to have in the team to give everyone a bit of a lift. * it. He even has me out jogging now

 

Really warming to this guy

 

Not only does he not stop moving, he never switches off mentally for a single second either. He is aware and reacts to everything instantly.

Almost every other player in our team stops or turns away or puts their head down when they take a bad touch or lose the ball and take their eye off whats happening but he is always on and reacting to everything to win balls back or to make runs.

Jota and Rogic are the worst for doing the opposite, they flap their arms and turn their heads away and delay themselves from getting on with the game all the time.
