Not surprised at all. This whole situation is a godsend to their team and thats why the games are going ahead when the winter break should be brought forward. But doesn't stop me been * off about it.

Because once again Football and it's supporters have been targeted despite other more 'dangerous' environments being untouched.

Football is a huge hobby for many in this country, not just the game itself but the socialising that surrounds it. Take away that and the mental health of many will nosedive further when many are already at the end of their tether.

Let's stop the talk that this is inconsequential.

I'm not an anti-vaxxer (I had my booster today in fact) or a Covid hoaxer by any stretch of the imagination but at what point do we draw the line?

The personal sacrifices made by the vast majority over the last 2 years - 3 vaccinations, national lockdowns, social distancing measures, vaccine passports, masks indoors, missing funerals/weddings/other events - for people to do all of the above and still have their liberties restricted will send public compliance through the floor.

Sturgeon today has said that the R-naught level is "far above 3' for the Omricron variant yet tried to say there was "no compelling evidence that the effects were less serious" - that is at best, dishonest; and at worst, outright deceptive.

Data from South Africa has indicated the outcomes are less serious. Secondly there is 1 less person in hospital today than there was yesterday and 1 less death.

To me this decision is in no way proportionate or justified.

We should notify the SPFL a few days before the game in the 2nd that our entire squad is in isolation, a postponement will be issued then.

yes moving the winter break is common sense but seems like the government bodies don’t have that. As for Rangers why do you care so much * them we should be able to beat them with our team that played Betis Rangers are * so doesn’t add up why the New restrictions are to do with the Huns.

Journalists already going with the ‘at least three weeks…” line.

Unbelievable that the Huns are in celebration of this. Thick morons.

If our team can’t play without fans then there no use to * CELTIC FOOTBALL CLUB.

that’s like saying they only win games cause there fans in the ground,

    * the Huns and * the government.

And the SNP can * off aswell

I care because having the game on January 2nd played with no fans is clearly a huge advantage for them.

Not a question of if our team could beat theirs, as I agree with you we should, more a question of unfair advantage.

We played that mob at Ibrokes earlier in the season and they had 50,000 mutants in while we had none. Now although we had enough chances to score and possibly get a result, there is no doubt that their fans were an encouragement to their players.

So when they come to Celtic Park in January, although I believe our team will beat theirs on the field, our home advantage is pretty much none existent without the backing of 60,000 fans, which again will give our players that little bit extra.

The huns are wanting the league wound up and it handed to them as they are saying nobody has any chance of overtaking them

They're literally just making up pish to advance their narrative now.

10 people I know at the game on Sunday, as well as myself - all at pubs, on public transport and in different stands. None have returned positives on multiple lateral flows since

Is there any chance of a refund for the missed games?

I’m wanting one, unless the club push aggressively and publicly against this.

    Here the whole time
Tbf "lockdown" is kind of a term now widely used for the imposition of any form of restrictions, wether thats right or wrong.

There hasn't been a "lockdown" since March 2020, and even that only lasted about 3 weeks.

So why aren’t tomorrow’s games restricted?
