There’s is a creamy tomato sauce with mushrooms, onions and peppers through it. You Google the recipe and there’s loads of different variants, I think it’s basically tomato added to a bechemel.

A non-traditional spaghetti bolognese. Still a tomato based sauce but I add peppers and chillies to spice it up a bit.

Marinated chicken tikka peices last night so its a big spicy nan with onions that are cooked below the dripping tikka put over the nan, the tikka and a bit of natural yogurt drizzled over the top and a side of curry sauce incase your needing some.

Could be a disaster but it looked good online :56:

Chicken Tikka Chasni with boiled rice and plain nan from local indian takeaway. Was delicious, man! Ate it all in the one sitting (half a nan bread left).

Ive made lentil soup with a joint of ham. Taking the ham out the soup and sticking it in the oven for a bit. Having it with colcannon mash and cabbage with mustard. Just like my wee Irish granny used to make
