Apparently teams tried to sign him in the summer, I just hope we haven’t missed the boat but fear we might have like his former teammate Hauge who had a good game against Milan and got snapped up.

Given his contract situation he will be sold in January, it just depends how much interest there is and who from. If we are interested and no one from a big league is then we would be in with a good shout given we would offer a decent route to EPL longer term.

I have also liked the look of Ola Solbakken for a while, he is a big guy for a winger but lightening quick, can play off either wing and is good at attacking the back post from either side. Left footed as well so would be a different option to what we have at the moment. Similar age and contract scenario to Berg.

He was pacey and energetic a couple of years ago, nowadays he sometimes likes to take a more technical approach to his game. He may either lack match fitness or confidence, not sure. But he is a box-to-box with good feet who (used to) link the defence to the attack. Played many games alongside Jota, both at club and national team level.

He started very well with Benfica's senior team (even had his Portuguese national team debut) but is currently out of favor and needs to play regularly. Don't know if your board could pull it off, but they were able to get Jota, so...

He'd be an insane signing for us but I doubt it.

I'd rather we looked at how Beningime progresses at Hearts over the next year.

3 players away from a very good team, quality cdm, quality natural lb and a quality replacement for ajeti upfront, as long as we get these loan singing signed that is as theve been very good.

I like Fuchs. Apparently out of contract end of the season as well. The boy at the diets is good also to be fair..

Levitt is at Dundee United on loan from Man United and think he's a player..

Seems to be better quality in the league this year, without question with the rest..

    Gianluca Caprari.

Hes onloan at Verona from Sampdoria. 4 assist and 3 goals so far this season. 28 years old and will be 29 by next summer but he looks exactly what we need in the 10 position. Could get him for his prime years.

Old compilation but he reminds me of Gomez from Atalanta.

Patrick Berg for the holding role with McGregor moving up one. A box to box CM to play alongside McGregor.

We need a big, quick dominating CB.

LB who’s technically good but can also get up and down the pitch all game.

    Hart
    Juranovic CB Starfelt LB
    Berg
    CM McGregor
    Forrest Kyogo Jota

Hopefully Maeda gets over the line and we’ll have players like him Johnston, Giakoumakis, Abada to rotate.

    Midfield is the big worry.

Said it before but we have to be in for Calvin Ramsey and loan him back to Aberdeen for a season.
Best young talent in Scotland out-with the top 2 and only going to get better with games.

For the guarantee of more game time than he would get at celtic. I dont think he would go in as a starter at the majority of clubs who are looking at him.

Again, if you’re Ramsay why would you join Celtic just to go back to Aberdeen when you’ve got clubs like Manchester United seriously interested in you.

Not that I think he’d want to come here anyway, especially with the clubs/level that want him, but even if he did come here it’d be to play.

‘We think you’re the best Scottish talent but not ready to play first team football here even though you’re tearing the league up. Go back to Aberdeen for a year or two while we play Anthony Ralston’ Am sure he’ll be creaming himself at that prospect.

Is he really that well thought of? Would tearing the league up not be a premature statement at this point?

I've only seen snippets of him but Aberdeen are obviously struggling big time and he still doesn't have a lot of games under his belt.

He’s been spoken about for years as being the next big thing up there and turned down moves in England to stay at Aberdeen and play first team football.

Anyone who’s watched Aberdeen this season knows he’s the real deal. He’s frightening technically and only going to get better the more he develops physically.

He wont go straight in at Man Utd or Villa either. We dont know if thats serious interest or just paper talk.
You are talking as if this is a foreign concept to loan players back, teams do it all the time. We should do it more, how often do we buy youth and they go to waste on out bench or in the reserves?
Thats probably more likely to happen at man utd. If Dalot struggles to get a game there, I dont think Ramsey is seeing any game time.

Are you aware that we have bought Juranovic, a Croatian internationalist, as a right back literally just a few months ago? If it hadnt been for injuries he would probably be starting there by now.
