    it is the weakest part of his game but I still have every confidence in him to come and take it every time cos for every cross he might miss he will take about 10-15 crosses

    Worst part of his game is crosses as is the case with a vast majority of keepers.
    Overall i would say a top class goalkeeper who is a fantastic shot stopper and possibly the best in the world in one on one situations.

    I'd have to say tho, Boruc coming for crosses is well down my list of worries for the upcoming season.

    On a seperate point, what would be the price you would be willing to sell Bouc at?

    Nah, this has been done a lot mate. But i think overall people were looking at anywhere between £10-20million. Obviosuly some more realistic than others.

    He does tend to flap at crosses a bit then panic and have to scramble to get back to his goal-line but still one of the greatest keepers I've seen.

    IMO he is terrible at crosses and scouts now this. Thats why the 10-15 million quid bids havent come in. Great goalie but with a big big flaw.

    to be fair i am also a keeper and cross balls are the hardest part of being one it is very hard to judge a ball coming in especially with big bodies coming at you even with this flaw boruc is still one of if not the best keeper in the world

    Is it a common thing with Celtic keepers because David Marshall (yep the one who saved Ronaldinho's pen) does EXACTLY the same thing:icon_mrgreen:

    Seriously though thanks for giving us some great players over recent years.
    Mark Fotheringham, D.Marshall have been great for us (oh and I bet J.K will be pretty good as well)

    boruc is over rated because of his saves on penalties. he is awful on set plays and corners

    plus his sectarian garbage. we are above that and shouldnt tolerate our players potential starting riots for that he should been transfered to somewhere without sectarian garbage
