Really wish we was about to sign a taylor replacement rather than a ralston back up.

Just can’t get enough Depeche mode
We’re a good left back and Jullien coming back away from being a very good side in Europe.

Christie being back for the next game is huge, would like to see taylor dropped for monty as he is dug meat.

We need another RB anyway, ralston has been excellent which has hidden how weak we are in that position, but Juranovic looks excellent and strengthens the team.

Left back is the biggest problem area we have as both our current lb's are mediocre at best. This needs addressed before the window ends.

What’s even more impressive is the level, energy and fluidity so early in the season. It’s almost frantic compared to how you’d expect a fresh setup to be playing.

i was melting watching that game lol

    so * stressfull

so inexperienced at the back and the 2 young scots working their hearts out to help the team and the swede whose having a tough time in his early celtic career

really good team building happening the now and tbf it has to happen cause the board is so reluctant to spend money on signings for this rebuild

what can you say about ralston man the guy has got the makings of a top quality right full back he actually reminded me of danny mcgrain the heart and soul and work rate of the man, absolutely colossal he was tonight

and young welsh is an amazing talent and should and will go on to have a great career for us a team needs young home grown talent it gives the team that charge through walls feeling

this board better get in a * left back and some extra players in because anges teams go all out and we will need a decent sized squad of very good players to handle a long hard season

What a difference having a keeper who is prepared to make saves and command his box, marshalling his defence makes. And crucuial early save as well.

Ralston has seriously improved out of sight and the coaching from Ange. Think this run of games as well as knowing he is having to play on top of his game to start when there is a new signing coming... Anyone know if Ralston can play LB at this point, because his form atm is best has been in the Hoops. He and Walsh looked the best of the back 4. As for the other 2... not as impressed but a clean sheet is still a clean sheet.

CalMac has adjusted perfectly into that holding MF role, allowing Turnbull and Rogic to do theit thing. Rogic especially is like a new signing when he is in this form. And his pressing work to win the ball back high up the pitch is good idea, compliments his more attacking instincts and keeps him closer to being in position ready for the next attack.

Still not convinced by Forrest on the left, but get it is to accomodate Abada on the right, but Forrest still coming up with goals, bit like Sinclair in his last season or 2, in that way - even when not always playing the best still comes up with crucial goals. And wow, Kyogo!!!

Had that 3rd goal gone in with that Eddy double & Montgomery also being denied it could be tie over. But 2-0 still a really positive result goin ginto the second leg,

Did the manager switch Welsh and Starfelt round so we had some cover on the left side for Taylor and Ralston could cover Starfelt

    UNsure of our RB? Seriously?

I just watched a masterclass from Tony Ralston. The lad is channeling Danny McGrain somehow. Think they’ve got Danny hooked up to some machine and his spirit is coursing through Ralston.

The bhoy has been immense all season. At some point you have to say this isn’t a flash in the pan.
