This is only according to the sun, I really don't think it is true.

Tamas will be signed sooner or later.

i swear this rumour was posted a couple of days ago from a french website. i could be wrong.

i don't get people slagging off Tamas and the prolonged negotiations. we, or the papers, don't know whats going on behind closed doors. Lawwell and Tamas have said that things are 'going well.' i would take their word over The Sun's any day of the week.

Lets get them both! they can't be any worse than we have already, although I would be wary of offering big wages cause that can backfire e.g bobos last contract

We dont need to improve much defensivly in my opinion. Only a left back I would say. Hinkel will prove this season to the country's best right back (you dont get 15 caps for Germany for nothing) and Caldwell and McManus will again prove to be the best centre half paring around, both for Celtic and Scotland. Rangers Last of the Summer Wine mob, Dailly and Weir will get found out his season for sure. I dont see where all this stuff about needing a new defence is coming from

because everyone has their 'we hate caldwell' hats on

surely the best defensive record in the league counts for something right?

Caldwell bounced back to be our top defender last season no doubt, but there is no harm in him having quality competition to keep him, and McManus for that matter, on their toes.

I belive this could be a "Tactical" ploy on our part to try and push Tamarse , into making a decision

the joys of playing in the scottish league.

I read Tamas initially expected around £32k a week, afterall he's probably readin about Grav and Bobo and the wages they're on. If he doesn't accept doubling his money and playing in the Champions League then I'd get rid.
