    I eat around 2000 calories a day, still want to get some weight off and plus I'm not a big eater anyway. When I get hungry I go for fruit or low fat yogurt, it's just a case of eating something low in calories that makes you feel full. Basically I eat a 1000 to 1200kcal dinner every day, a 600 kcal meal at night and the rest made up of snacking on fruit and yogurt

    Back on the wagon!! Lost 2lb this week. Very happy with that. Starting to see an upper chest muscle line aswel. Another 2 stone and ill be looking shredded in time for holidays/Blackpool :56: although 1lb away from 3 stone lost now. Well happy this week.

    First one in over a week after my bender last week and it was torture :giggle1::90:

    Walked the way back and done over 16 thousand steps overall..

    Smashed 3 stone today. Down another 2lb bringing me in at 16.06. I estimate around another 2 stone 6lb to go until I see abbs. Hopefully less :56:

    Woop woop Friday weigh day. Down 2lb again now 16.04. A long way from 19.07 anyway :56: still a couple stone to go. I can finally see my upper chest line appearing. Just need the last of the titty fat to * off :56:

    Right, so I got a bike through the cycle2work scheme. Managed to get a fairly high spec'd bike for very little outgoings - happy days.

    Thankfully for the good run of dry weather I've tried to get out most days, but my cardio is shocking to the point it puts me off rushing going back out. Doesn't help the fact that I live in a hilly area either and the fact the gearing on drop bars is confusing as *. Four paddles and not a clue what im doing :87: (Shimano GRX 400). Tell me it gets better?

    I feel I am struggling to stay on plan but I've managed to shift 20lb (9.3kg) since I started with WW about 7 weeks ago so not too bad I guess over all but I know I could have done better if I didn't use going out for lunch/dinner/coffee as an excuse to say " * it, I'll pick it up again tomorrow"

    Just over 14k yesterday in torrential rain the whole time and 4 on the weekend as a wee one in-between..

    Back on the workouts more. Heading to the park for an outdoor one. Quick bath and ready for the game..

    Not want to boast but April 23 I was tipping the scale s at 16 st 13 , been doing the Mediterranean diet for just over 8 weeks stuck to it rigidly, no booze, no sugar, an hour exercise bike every day, some weights, basically just ate fish, chicken turkey fruit and vegetables and today I’m weighing in at 14 st 8, , I have became a bit obsessed- used to slag wummin going on about diets but I’ve became one- good feeling though putting shirts and t shirts that you can comfortably get back into again

    Cheers mate tbh before a weighted myself I genuinely thought I was about 15st , was pretty shocked and I suppose flabbergasted would be the word when I realised I was nearly 2 stone heavier

    This might help somebody. Exercise is absolutely essential to my mental health personally. If I go just three or four days without exercising I’m in the pits.

    Yep been doing it for a while complete game changer and I’m not even that strict on it I eat breakfast the odd day and I’ll have some late munchies the odd time too
