he averaged 24m a season in the premiership, thats penny compared tonwhat some clubs spend and he kept them in the premiership comfortably most seasons he was there for the 5 seasons! A few of the players he had in the teams was player he had coming through the leagues also ! Bournmouth are also not going to hold onto there best players as bigger clubs will come in for there better players. Many manager would you see do that ?

Gonna be exciting time's under a completely new regime and rebuild..

It's the hopes man.

I do believe he's been involved in the background and going by the interviews he's done in the past, he's the sorry of guy who will already be balls deep as much as he can from afar.
He will be itching to get his feet under the table.

My only worry is that he could have (should have) been in sooner and been able to implement his ideas on the squad already.

For all the good work he may be doing behind the scenes (players lined up, klimala and ntcham out, maybe even it's been on his say that Dembele finally got a shout), we are still late to the party in preparation for the qualifiers.

Needs to hit the ground running and we need the squad to take an immediate positive reaction to the changes.
