Sad to see that video but we’ve all been in that state before and no need to jump to conclusions about his mental health.
As has been said by others, it’s the * posting these videos online that need a talking to.

Definitely no need to jump to conclusions but taking into account his interviews this season, his demeanour when it was going Pete tong and now this video. I don’t think he is doing too well.

Sadly when you know the signs it’s easy to spot them others.

 

Aye I know, I’ve been there myself. I just mean after the year he’s had etc, as much as I dislike him as a football manager you still don’t want to see * like that. Just piles on the problem for him, none of us are plastered over the internet in our states.

Horrible seeing Lenny like that. Folk are allowed a blowout, aye but he doesn't look good at all there.

Don’t be naive. Another one that thinks people are robots. You’re not a fly on the wall on every man in Switzerland or every man in football, don’t talk * as if these guys can’t have one too many, can’t get emotional, can’t have a breakdown. Toxic as * mentality that has led to a lot of mental health related deaths already.

 

I am used to being on my own. Don’t have a lot of family, don’t really frequent pubs, clubs and generally just do my own thing. That being said this has still been a really difficult year. Now imagine being used to socialising with friends and family but not being able to, then put the pressure of beating the filth then getting canned as it went * up. No wonder he is having a blow out.

Hopefully that’s all it is.

 

Could see this coming all those months ago,hence the reason why i was so defensive of him on here considering some of the statements towards him from our own,they were * sickening that night (social media/twitter/facebook and forums)

All for wanting the guy out, along with others due to the mess we were in,but for him to succomb to the abuse from a minority of our own lot was a sad day indeed,and a road some shouldn't have went down. And still to this day, they can * off and swallow this pill tonight seeing him like this.....already seeing * on facebook wishing him the best after abusing the guy for not leaving earlier.

The club was in a mess,the direction from the dugout was a mess and the players were a mess...he had to go,he couldnt see it and stayed and the results got worse,eventually it ended and then he has went off radar until recently now.

Again i only hope its just a drinking session,but people who have struggled with Mental health as stated in here can see the signs and it doesnt look good at all.

Having a wife and kid as well.....hope he awakens tomorrow with just a hangover and moves on,maybe a pundit job or something.

Really worrying watch for me. Yes we all have been in that shape, but it really does feel like this is a big issue for Neil and, accompanied with his history of poor mental health, is a very worrying situation.

Hope the guys suggesting it's just a blow out where there's been a scumbag ready to video are correct, but I'm not so sure myself.

Sincerely hope he sorts himself out if this isn't just an unfortunate one off.

I've got a lot of sympathy for anyone going through mental health struggles but I don't think it's healthy speculating on that. Both banners were vindicated by the following months surely?

If he was going through mental health struggles then it's all the more shameful that the board kept him in the job while we could all see everything go up in flames.

They hid in the shadows and let Lennon take the brunt of the ire, knowing full well the strength of feeling in the support.

 

Fans are entitled to want someone out the club if they are damaging the club, being Irish has fuckall to do with it i hate it when it gets brought up

 

Blaming this on supporters banners is * bizarre, to say the least.

And * knows what his religion has to do with the banners.
