As celtic fans

i have a strong dislike for international football.

But I support the USA and Ireland and thats it.

 

I hope Northern Ireland get pumped every time they play after the way Neil Lennon was treated.

I go to most ROI home matches. I like to see the Celtic players doing well for Scotland but I wouldn't be that bothered if they lose.

 

I am English so England first, however, I will support any Home nation and the Republic of Ireland against foreign opposition, I could never will on a foreign nation to beat a Home Nation or the ROI it is not in my DNA. Scotland games generate a great atmosphere and I love watching them play at Hampden on occasion.

I live in the north of Ireland but love nothing more than seeing Northern Ireland getting hammered! Support the Republic all the way! Find it hard to support Scotland for all the huns so have nothing more than a passing interest in Scottish results.

Born in England but not in to wearing Burberry baseball caps, tatoo's, obesity and throwing tables and chairs around Europe's finest cities. This is the reason I will always follow Ireland, oh and because my Dad would never speak to me again!!

I'll watch the ROI games because I'm a football fan and I'll probably support them but I wont go nuts when they score like I do with Scotland

 

I like to see Scotland do well, but i dont really care about them, if they win im in a normal mood.. if they lose im in a normal mood..

Im sorry but i have to say summit about this, no offense to the original poster lol but i feel that the way it was put "As Celtic fans.." I am Scottish therefore i support Scotland i dont take anything to do with Ireland because any diputes with Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland happened many many many moons ago before i or any of you were born, true it is still on going but not the wars in which all the sectarianism is originating from. I believe Celtic and Rangers fans who are stupid enough to claim they are Irish because of their football teams religious divide are fools. There is really no religious divide between the two teams. I went to a catholic school where there were at least 50 Rangers supporters. 1500 pupils, guess the odds doesnt really back my argument. But either way I am Scottish not Irish, true i have Irish blood in me somewhere, but its Northern Irish.

Bigotry and Sectarianism has to stop.

If you were born in Scotland you are Scottish

If you were born in Ireland yer Irish no the other way about.
