Basically this all comes down to Pyro. This has nothing to do with the good or bad of Pyro it's to do with GB (or likely, some elements of the GB) doing what the * they want. Sad the majority have been reprimanded by what is likely a gang of thick wannabe bad boys in their ranks. Just wished the board sent the fines their way as well, would of * their pants then.
Noone is bigger than the club. Unfortunately some are arrogant enough to think so

The best Ultras group in the UK by a country mile. Thier displays over the years have been top level and on a par with some of the stuff you see across Europe. Hope this can be resolved.

Do people honestly think if the green brigade stopped using pyro then everyone else would aswell? Pyro was about before the green brigade and if the group chucked it then it would continue to be used by our support regardless.

If the GB stopped it. We wouldn't be getting fined and they wouldn't be getting banned.

I hazard there would at least be a reduction in incidents.

Grow up gb pyros doesn't mean you're the best ultras it means youse don't give a toss about getting us fines for trivial * concentrate on being Celtic minded and the things we are proud to stand for.

If they can’t follow the clubs rules they shouldn’t be at the games, knowingly breaking rules and complaining when their actions have consequences is childish.

How many chances do they need to get before the club realises they will never learn.

So if the club wanted to set of fireworks to celebrate they can't........ Is it not just a health safety violation having pyro between the crowd.... I meaning eliminate that hazard by allowing them to rehearse pyro safely on the space away from the crowd between the stand and the pitch b4 kick off

    You'd be surprised.

Pyro in the investor section in Rome, would pay to see the outcry if they hit the investors with a blanket ban for that.

Also ignoring the fact that in meetings leading up to this Celtic have given overcrowding as the primary issue and not the pyro.

Celtic pulling up the same stuff as they’ve done before.

Yet nothing has been done about overcrowding.

They need to wise up with the pyro, it’s blatantly flaunting the rules and continuing to do it and getting away with it just leads to them pushing the envelope further like a 3 year old who doesn’t get told off for doing something they shouldn’t be.

Not 100% happy with the clubs timing personally either, they’re literally using the fact we’ve qualified as an excuse (probably the wrong word but you get what I mean) to make an example of them. If it were a crucial qualifier nothing would have been done for the Rennes game.

It's different though, you need actual pyrotechnicians to do it in a public area like that with health safety, can't just let a couple of guys stand with flares away from everyone near the pitch, the liability on that is mental if anything happened.

    Here's a better idea, don't use pyro.

Lol that what I'm meaning by safe manner pretty sure green brigade have stated that in their statement here's an idea get * their should be a medium here between the two sides the fact the board stopped dialogue with the supporters group because they criticised the board is petty as * the timing is terrible in regards to the fact agm is tomorrow and the board continues to dodge res 12

The timing is * as is the amount of people celebrating this, it is embarrassing.

But they have broken the rules and caused a couple of fines now. So I understand it, need to get it out the way and move on from it. I fear they will have a response that will escalate it.

People are using the food bank collection to defend them too. What’s that got to do with this? I don’t see the rest of the support who donated being praised, just them. They are put on a pedestal.

They've had numerous warnings though, I don't agree with closing the section but what else can the club do to stop the fines if the GB wont listen. It adds nothing to the atmosphere and is dangerous, just look at the Liam Gallagher gig where a kid got burnt in the face by a flare. Looks good yes but not worth the hassle.

And yet we have a board who sat back and have cost the club in the tens of millions of pounds.
