    that price is really good.
aye mate a know guys that do labouring or scaffolding 6 times a week n there built like brick shithouses,an hour in the gym every day is a piece a * compared to doing that all day.my best results are by training everyday I can,as long as you swap muscle groups and listen to your body you should be cool.early man coulds run for days catching food and such an they were built like brickshithouses also, without todays medical science etc.theres a myth on body building websites that you cant build muscle by training everyday or that youl get no well if its and it turns into an addiction.thats also garbage.i can think of worse addictions than looking after your body believe me.

19.59 Thank * Christ for that!!

That’ll be my last run until the half marathon next Saturday, although I’m training tomorrow and playing a match on Thursday night.

For the half marathon I’ll be happy with anything under 1 hour 45 mins. Depending on how I’m feeling and if I can really push myself I might get it in under 1 hour 40, fingers crossed.

Climbed Schiehallion yesterday, fairly straightforward Munro but one I'd never done before, mist even cleared for a bit when we were up top so got a good view of the lochs etc.

Feel actually fine today, thought my legs and back would be a bit stuff but not too bad, will be back at gym tomorrow, thought I'd have to take a few days off it.

Was going to. Start tonight but opted for a full pack of chocolate hob nobs and a family sized pack of giant buttons.

And three bags of space raiders.

Doing a spin class at the gym tonight. It's to the tunes of the GBX experience which is prob a bad idea, will just set every * off on a 3 day bender surely. Will still be charging about in my gym gear on Sunday evening wondering what the * happened. Will see how it goes.

Tell ya what, I've started doing 12 hour fasting. But doing it at a fairly easy time. I read that it doesn't really matter when you do it, so I've done it for 2 weeks between 7:30pm and 7:30am, just having a cup of green tea and some water. Drastically reduced sugary snacks too.

My pus is definitely thinner and the chin is coming on :50: Mon!

@Marty McFly can I run some potential purchases past you over the next week or 2?

Going to start a home gym once the garage has been decanted to my newly built shed!

Sure mate. I got most of my stuff from We R Sports online.

When it comes to weight plates ebay does the job. An iron plate is an iron plate.

Also worth scanning gumtree every so often.

I picked up a full power line squat cage with cable attachments, 2 adjustable benches, 2x Olympic bar bells, 150kg of iron plates, weight tree and a bunch of interlocking foam flooring panels and various bits and bobs

Think for like £300 at the time, * drove down to Dumfries at 11pm on a Friday night to pick it up and squeezed the lot of it into a toyata rav 4 :giggle1:

Are you Hank Marvin by the morning doing it?

Any time I've tried intermittent fasting I do well for the time and then rattle through the fridge and cupboards like the Tasmanian Devil once it's up.
