Well then we tell them to get tae *. He's our player and we shouldn't be selling him for what is a pittance in today's market. Shouldn't have even opened discussions till at mimimum 30m. Have absolutely no faith that it will be reinvested and expect some random lb from the championship. Will be surprised if we even spend 10 of it.

 

Tbh I couldn't give a * what pittance we hand out for getting players in as long as our club reaps the biggest profit possible.

My point remains the same. These players value shot up to the hemisphere a year after leaving us. We should've held out for more.

That's their problem. Lawwell agreed to sell for a low fee, and I'd love to see the look on his face if the transfer falls through over a medical. I hate him more than an average Celt hates the Queen.

 

For me it's very simple. He leaves a Celtic legend. And he will return a Celtic legend. All the best, will give me a reason to watch Arsenal now and again.

 

Harry Maguire as you well know plays in the EPL hence he has a stupidly over inflated price tag. That does not apply to our league no matter how we might think it's ridiculous. It's just the way it is.

My main worry here is we don’t qualify for the Champions League and Lenny doesn’t get the funds, because it’s clear we still need players in key areas.
