Surprised at the effort he put in. I think he's being put in the shop window though.

Interesting to see him going to every single player on the bench when being subbed and shaking hands...

I thought he looked good tonight, worked hard and chased possession at times.

Thought he did well, but he looked more comfortable when he moved slightly deeper. A wee bit like McGregor in that he's much better with the game in front of him.

The best way he will get a big move is to play like that tonight consistently throughout the season, teams will come and pay the money if he earns the move. If we can get him to play like he did in his first season its win win for everyone.

    Tracked back a lot tonight..

Never a 10. Just doesn't have the creativity or goals in him..

    Still want him out..

Decent from him, not his best game, but by far not his worse either.

Some nice turns, control and passing.

But then there were some moments he switched off as well.

Build on that and he can get a move in January/next summer.

    But!
We can't * play him and brown/Bitton together.

Would like to see him next to McGregor with Christie in front of them.

I don’t want to plan to sell players in January. We don’t have a replacement for him and I’m not scrambling for one in January.

Neil Lennon has saluted Olivier Ntcham after the wantaway midfielder turned heads on his Hoops return.

The Frenchman was the best player on the park as Celtic cruised to a 2-0 win over Nomme Kalju in the second leg of their Champions League second round qualifier.

A comprehensive 7-0 aggregate triumph couldn't have been easier over the two ties but harder tests lie in store with Romanian champions Cluj lying in wait next Wednesday.

And Lennon was buoyed by the performance of the 23-year-old who came in from the cold to produce a pass-perfect display in the heart of the Hoops midfield.

The Irishman hailed Ntcham's impact after he handed the former Manchester City man the opportunity to make amends for his controversial comments on Scottish football earlier this summer.

Lennon told BBC Sportsound: I thought Olivier Ntcham was outstanding considering that’s his first run out really since he came back.

Giving it 100% in the hope that someone bids for him before September.

    Good performance tonight

Really think Ntcham is a Lennon type of player and he might get the best out of him this year. I do understand that what he said was disrespectful and probably ill advised but if he pulls his socks up and performs consistently he will have his choice of clubs.
Would really like to see a midfield of Mcgregor Ntcham Christie getting an opportunity at some point
