Because you's constantly praise him like a messiah mostly everyday, when theres more too the scene than just Strachan. I thought it was meant to be a divided opinion from certain people it seems as if everybodys too one side on this one. As i will say again great he won us three in a row and perhaps he has done well but hes just not for me IMO. ill leave it there because i didnt join this forum to get into an agruement about him :56: but come next year when he isnt doing as well i bet the 75 percent of you's are out shouting for his head like most people were at the start of the year :86:

Lennon arrived on Wednesday or Thursday i think, and we played on the saturday its hardly enough time to make a difference.

Obviously i wish tommy was still with us and yes his losing battle with cancer was probably what was to blame for the players lack of motivation but strachan couldnt pick them up from that and Lennon could, thats all im saying

Well said my man!!!
Though we always tend to forget the players in this.Yes its uplifting what we are to the players. But that doesnt win u games its talent etc.
Celtic have displayed brilliance and stubborness at times.
When have u ever heard of a Turkish team win anything? I would say they are probably one of the most fanatic supports ever.
PS ive been to a Fenerbahce game!

Cant beleive some of the things that are getting said here. Martin O'neil was great and had his time, Now its Strachens time and form his record you really dont have any grounds in which to say he is a Sh*t manager. He's done what everyone wanted and thats win the League every year he has been in charge.

People saying he only one the league cause Rangers were *, PLG through away the league, McLeish * up, yes they are all true but Strachen had to make sure our team never ended up *, He never through it away or * up.

Every year the team that loses the league say eye its cause we where *. What alot of pissh. The team that loses the league are second casue a team won more games then them.

All managers make signings that dont work out including matin o'neil, jock stein.

C'mon Bhoys give the man a break and get behind him and the team for a charge at 4 in a Row

How come the players gave the kudos to GS for the comeback? Because he was the reason.

When WGS first got the job even before the Artmedia game I thought Oh * we have made a massive mistake.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

I had the utmost respect for him as a player but had a very low opinion of him as a manager, he has somewhat changed my mind on the latter.

I honestly feel that WGS can be improved upon just as most of our playing staff can also be.

You can’t argue with Strachan’s record as it speaks for itself however you can certainly point out weaknesses within his management. Of which IMO there are many of which have been gone in to on many an ocaision on these boards.

Some will say he had a monumental task of re-constructing an ageing team on a limited budget, which to an extent is true, I just don’t think such an immediate and massive overhaul was required at that time. IMO he ripped the heart out of the first team and in turn the stands, if people are honest it has taken until the last wee while to see the heart return fully again, both out on the field and in the stands.

Most will have a different opinion on the merits of his signings. There is no doubt he has bought some crackers but equally there is no doubt that the majority of his signings have been questionable to say the least.

Again most will have a different opinion but for me the majority of our current starting eleven (although there commitment is not in doubt) could be easily replaced with better. For me only Boruc, McGeady and Naka would be a wrench if they moved on.

To sum up WGS has done a fine job results wise and ultimately results is the bottom line. However I feel if we want to be an ambitious club looking to compete at a higher level, then there are better qualified people who can take us on just as there are better players.

As a Club we should always be looking to improve, IMO if that means being so drastic and changing the manager for a better one, then so be it. However that is not going to happen and the only way to move forward for now is to unite and get behind all things Celtic as after all, we are Celtic supporters faithful through and through.

That's odd. You didn't post to downgrade an overzealous chorus of "Hallelujah Strachan" ... you posted to agree with a mate (I still suspect sock) that he's *.
The first step to recovery is recognizing that you hate him mate. :86:

To be fair, I think Nakas' slow return of form had a lot to do with Lennon. He's made it apparent in the past that he really respects Lennon and I think he's one of the few people he relates to in the locker room as a peer.
