Lennon is NOT the man to take us forward. He came in due to being available. I want a manager who has fresh ideas and plays attacking attractive football not this boring turgid * we've been watching lately. Lennon has no plan B and him being appointed manager is a backward step.

You know when most of us thought that it would be understandable that the team would/could derail a little after the utter shitstorm the snakey * Rodgers started by leaving and give the middle finger to this club.

How we thought, after two solid wins against hearts and hibs, Lennon has somehow worked out some minor miracle by stopping us collapsing?.

Perhaps the team, in effort to try and work through it and surpress all that from being a fair distraction, it's now catching up with them and there is little Lennon or any interim manager can do until the players know who exactly their boss will be?.

Tbh I was one of the ones that was a bit excited at the thought if him returning (not full time though)

An ok stop gap to the end of the season but on performances I really hope he isn't in the running for the gig and we are looking elsewhere.

As people have already mentioned we need fresh new ideas going forward in multiple aspects of the club.

All the dramatic panic merchants did want him sacked!! After back to back trebles and the league cup in the bag mind you. Maybe that deserves more leeway than what I’ve seen since Lennon’s been back.

Also some folks hatred for Brendan makes them very deluded about what success looks like and clouds a lot of judgement :56:

Comments like this show how * standards suddenly drop when they are too scared to criticise a manager they like.

"The performances under Lennon have been *, but but but they were * under Rodgers too!"

It's a * argument. Some people need to get out of Lenny's *.

Lenny is the manager at the moment. He has, by far, the best squad in the country at his disposal. Yet in his 7 league games we've drawn three games 0-0, needed late winners against 10 men on two occasions and needed a 96th minute winner to beat Dundee. That's 6 of his 7 league games. The other one was a dross 2-0 at St Mirren where we completely fell away in the second half.

We've scored 7 goals in those 7 league games - Dundee, St Mirren and Livingston being three of the opponents. In those games we also played about 115 minutes against 10 men.

And people aren't forgetting we were * for most of the last season and a half under Rodgers, however between the winter break (when the players finally got a rest) and Lenny taking over, we had 7 league games - coincidentally. 7 wins, 18 goals scored and 6 clean sheets.

Also, another * argument I'm seeing is the "we were 8 points ahead when Rodgers left and we're 9 points ahead now so we've been better under Lenny". Yet more nonsense. The huns went through a spell where they were dropping points every game or two when Lenny first joined. Now they've got their act together of late and we're the ones dropping off.

We need to invest heavily in a top manager , similar to how we did with Rodgers. We need to back him in the transfer market , a fresh start for everyone , players keen to prove themselves all over again in a fresh regime. Get that air of invincibility and optimism we had in BR's first 18 months.

We can not go into the new campaign with Lennon . The whole place needs a shake up.

Exactly, I can't believe how many people think last season and the beginning of this were superb. We finished last year on 82 points with 10 draws and 4 losses, we can beat that easily.

Not sure Lenny is the answer but we were a bit off under Rodgers too laterly , maybe the players aren’t as hungry for this as we are?

With the 9 million in the bank I hope we get a good manager in and back him in the transfer market as next season is a big season going for the nine .

We were excellent after the Winter break though, we’ve not reached those levels under Lenny.

This season could still end up being a higher points total than last season.

Yet, you'd be forgiven for thinking we've been even * over this season.

    * mental in end just how different the league and our players could be if we didn't royally * it at the start. We could be pushing towards 90+points.

How we push on with either Lennon or someone else is beyond me, suppose it's a good thing I'm not getting one of the highest salaries and bonuses as ceo of a football club to work how what happens.

I genuinely think he will get the job regardless of how the rest of the season goes.
