    Has anyone read Gordons book? I just got it for a bargain price of £3.99 (marked down from £18.99) and was wondering if I was ripped off or it really is a good read. Going to save it for my holidays.

    Done a search on this but found nothing, sorry if I didnt look hard enough.

    Ive got it. Its a decent read. Only cover his first season at Celtic though. Its got a lot of interesting stuff about Alex Ferguson in it. I also recently got Archie McPherson's biography of big jock. Its a good one:50: Alex Ferguson's own one 'Managing my Life' is good too.

    I bought it on the same basis, i.e. heavily discounted, it is ineresting but as you say it only covers his very early days here. I certainly wouldnt have wanted to pay full wack for it.

    Might invest in that meself

    Best autobiography I read was George Bests. Tragic to read but hilarious at times as well, what a * fruit-loop he was!

    Worst I read was Craig Browns, what a * dull wee man he is. Tells you how he invented the extra sweeper system years before everyone else and how he explained it at the Largs coaching courses!

    * riveting stuff eh!!??

    I bought it the other day asell for £3.99 from that cheap book shop in the St. Enoch centre...it's quite a good read, it only covers up to his first season with us, but still the whole autobiography was quite good for that price.

    I must admit, as a Manchester City (and Celtic) fan, It was a hard decision to buy this book because of his time spent on the other side of Manchester but thought he might spill a few beans on sour alex or some other rag.

    Get Di Canio's or Hartson's books. Both crackers.
