We were absolutely terrible under the snake until Brown got injured and we had the midfield 3 of Cal, Christie and Rogic. They transformed our season and when Rogic got injured we were doing alright still. Since Lennon came in we have been terrible again.

Love lenny. But he's making an * of this.

He's understandably playing it safe as per "if its not broke dont fix it" attitude. After all, if he came in to finish off the treble and forcibly implemented his own ideas and the * fell out of it, it would have had disastrous consequences.

Unfortunately for us and Neil, it IS broke, and it needs fixing.

The ridiculous imbalance of our performances is absolutely ripe for the taking. We've relied on a bit of magic and more than a wee bit of luck to grind these 3 pointers out but anyone can see that luck is a finite resource.

That was not only the worst team in the league last night... it was their reserves. And for periods in the second half they had us looking like a side who had started pre season. We're a * baw hair away from a sevcoesque result that piles unneeded pressure on a squad running on empty.

The snake is gone. His tactics should be in the bin right now.

Lennon needs to get his act together. I mean what the * was burke doing through the middle last night? Why was ntcham still on the pitch for the second half?

Fix it now lenny. Or watch this job slip away.

He hasn't lost a game since he arrived. He is 3 points away from doubling the league lead that took Brendan the best part of the season to build and the end of the season is in sight. Making big changes at this stage would be risky and foolish. See the season out with the system the players are familiar. Making big changes right now is a unnecessary risk. If Lennon wins evy game between now and the n if the season with late 1-0 wins am happy. Then we give him the summer to make the team his own, with his own ideas and then we judge Neil Lennon's second spell with us.

Let it be known, we didn't look anything special when the snake was here this season. Lennon's job right now is to steady the ship and keep us on course for the treble. So far, he has done just that

    Pish..

The results have been excellent, he just needs to try and get performances at a better level with a squad running on empty..

I’m not saying I necessarily think he’s the man for the job, but we’ve absolutely dominated every game under Lenny, just failing to kill teams off..

I can see why he’s reluctant to change things massively, we’ve not lost a domestically since the break and this squad have won every domestic trophy in the last 3 seasons.. those tactics you want binned.

However, with Rogic, Christie, Ntcham and Benkovic all back in around the squad I think we’ll see an automatic upturn in performances.

It’s definitely not broke! It does need tweaked..

We’ve said all season we haven’t been able to open up a massive gap because we kept * up away from home.

Lenny’s came in and has addressed that problem. Last night was a * sight better than the game there under BR earlier this season.

Lenny is getting far too.much stick that isn't his fault hes took over at a crucial stage of the season after we got hung out to dry it's not his players not his set up hes doing the best he can on temp basis we have been * all season.

I don't care how we win at the minute as long as we continue winning and seal.the treble who gives a * let's moan in the summer about lack of transfer budget but right now back the * guy who's bailed us out

The results have been nothing short of expected. Wins against inferior sides.

The performances have been generally poor. Not blaming lennon, weve been inconsistent performance wise all season.

If we put in a second half performace like last night after the split we will definately drop points.

The inability of the snake to forsee these performances for what they were culminated with the sevco defeat in december. We were fortunate sevco and the sheep are complete bottle merchants or this table would be alot tighter, and many would be panicking.

Its the frog in the pot scenario. Stick a frog into boiling water and it hops right out. Stick in cold water and turn the heat up and it boils to death. If we didnt have this cusion in the league ppl would pulling their hair out over these performances. As it stands right now unless lennon changes something we could be looking at a cup exit and a tighter finish to the league.

And @Jeannie960 ... its not being a spoiled brat. Its recognizing problems that need addressed proactivley, rather than waiting until they bite us in the * to react.

    If he doesn't, he doesn't.

He still deserves our patience and support between now and whenever that decision is made; and our gratitude for stepping in to a difficult situation when he didn't have to and seeing us over the line in the league...and hopefully in the Scottish Cup.

We've had a challenging run of fixtures yet have won 5 out of the 6 games and only conceded 2 goals. Everyone wants the performances to be better but some need to put the toys back in the pram and be realistic.

People are underestimating just how much an effect Rodgers leaving could have on our club precisely because Lenny’s stepped in and steadied the ship.

Correct. He ripped out a huge part of the coaching and backroom infrastructure at a critical point in the season and despite that we've managed to widen the gap in the league and progress through a tricky away cup tie at Easter Road.

I'm all for appraising performances and voicing concerns but some of the things being said are miles over the top. Our results in the circumstances have been almost impeccable.

It does have to be said a lesser man manager would have had us collapsing in an understable fashion given the circumstances and the way Rodgers left.

Lennon does deserve a ton of credit for not allowing that to happen.

Which does make me flirt with the idea that he's perhaps grown and matured as a manager and with the time to bring in a full team of his own and the right funding, perhaps he could march to 10iar with ease.

But then, I'm so broken I start breaking down, rocking in a dark corner and doubting myself.

These problems have been coming long before Lennon. We haven't been firing on all cylinders for a long time now. I don't doubt that Lennon sees the problems and I don't think that he's sitting on his hands either. Lennon is a clever guy and he's likely got a lot of irons on the fire as to who he wants. He's proved himself before. He's in a bit of a strange position right now having taken over from a good manager despite him being a rat bag. A reset button is definitely needed and I'm sure he knows that. He's getting to know the squad and he's bound to make a few mistakes. The other day we were all saying he shouldn't have brought Rogic on and we were right. On the other hand we were all crying out for Burke and he really isn't the answer either. He says he's going to build his squad around Broony.......He might have been sticking to the huns and everyone else against us in Scottish football. Broony can't last forever and he himself will know when it's time.

Lennon needs a bit of time. We're becoming really hard to please. I don't like a borefest either but there's such a thing as winning ugly and a win is a win and to keep winning is the mark of champions. We have been a little spoiled because we know that on our day we can really turn it on and we should be skooshing this league. There's been a definite lack of consistency but that's been more to do with the fact we have been missing key players. I hope Lenny gets the time to get everyone back fit and bring a few fresh faces in. The board needs to back him but I wouldn't be all that surprised if they don't and further down the line Lenny becomes the scapegoat!

The results are the main thing tho...

Not everything, but the main thing..and he's won away games that Rodgers may not have won..

but but all he has ever achieved in his previous stint was beating Barcelona.

Among his non achievements were our first CL away win, qualification for the last 16 only the second time since the advent of the system and a clean sheets record. Of course many will credit the Forester with that record but had it of been the most goals conceded in a game or something negative then we can blame the manager.

Results he has had this season vs Rodgers in the same fixtures.
Hearts away NL 2-1 BR 0-1
Hibs AWAY NL 2-0 BR 0-2
Aberdeen HOME NL 0-0 BR 1-0
Dundee AWAY NL 1-0 BR 5-0
Rangers HOME NL 2-1 BR 1-0
St Mirren away NL1-0 BR 0-0

So no real problem, as long as we win, he has also had some injury problems with Christie, Ntcham, KT, Mcgregor, Benkovic and Rogic out and now Boyata. If he had changed it and * up he would have been slaughtered, he has had to play safe with so many out.
