Think Lenny might rest Ajer for this one. Played two tough games with Norway before the Sevco game. More than fine with Jozo and Filip against St. Mirren.

We might slip up if Lennon rests too many of our first team.

His confidence will be sky high..

    Rest no-one.

If you're fit, you're playing. Be up for it from the off, put the game to bed and then get the subs on.

If we can tie up the league over the next few games then there will be opportunities to rest players with a view to the semi and final of the Scottish Cup.

    Let's keep the momentum going.

Resting Ajer after that monster performance would be so counter productive it would be criminal.

Whilst i agree with the "if fit should play" mantra i truly believe ceryain players should sit the rest of the season out unless its a big fixture.

To say we're running on empty would be an understatement.

I would keep players like nctham and ajer going, take advantage of that confidence. But the the likes of kt, lustig, broony... id have them rested.

Weve a wee run of lighter games here but still a few big ones to go.

Surely with this game coming so soon after Sunday a few tired legs will be getting rested. Lenny himself said on Sunday "you can see they are dead on their feet, and you can't keep whipping them all the time".

Even with a team with a few fringe players in it we should be whipping a ST Mirren mob that is just after losing their last three home games, especially now with the lge basically in the bag.

    Maybe give Weah a start?

    0-4

Tierney and Mcgregor will get a rest.
Rogic and Ntcham need game time and Eddy will want more goals.

Yeah I hate resting players when winning but the reality is we are so far in front that the only must win games are in the cup and the next 2 are 2 of the easiest . Some of our players are shattered and 3 games in a week is a lot.
