Italians Want Vennegoor

According to the Daily Ranger, Lazio are now wanting Vennegoor along with a few other clubs but they says the want him at a cut price because they can't afford to pay anymore than 7 million euros for him (around 5.5 million pounds) What You's Think ?

 

we wont be selling him for a cut price fee. He has scored some vital goals for us this season. Its just another case of epl and european teams trying to take the * outta Celtic and SPL.

 

* me,,i just wish other clubs would think about it first, why dont the ask themselves if they had a player like vennegor ,what price they would ask for

vennegors worth more "even though hes not my fav cup of tea" but tranfer fees are crazy these days and hes worth more

Bye Bye Jan! There's better out there for that kind of money. He's been a good servant, but he spends half the game on his erse.

 

As daft as it sounds, I like JVoH more as a sound guy, than a player. I'm delighted for him when he scores. He's not worth the £5.5M being quoted, but I'd still hold on to him if we were offered that. Doesn't really make sense, does it?

It annoys me that clubs think they can come to Celtic and expect to pay pittance for players because of the lack of money in the SPL

And yes i know £5.5million will seem a good deal to the JVOH haters and yes i'm well aware that he's 29 and you don't get that kind of money for a 29yr old striker blah de blah....

I hope we show two fingers to these muppets if this rumours true.

 

They want a cut price deal? Why would a club sell one of their first picks for a cut price, unless hes like 50 or really injury prone?

Not a big fan of big Jan, sometimes. But him and Skippy get the job done and thanks to Vennegoor Skippy got alot of goals this season, we cant split up a strike partnership which has worked well all season ( except the dodgy patch..) but he won us the league.

Id rather have JVOH up there instead of that clown samaras, even if we got someone like frei i think we should hold on to jvoh hed be great to bring on if were losing cause hes good in the box.

 

I like JVoH but 5.5m for striker his age is a very good offer.
