Umbro made some great kits but modern day umbro looks *. All their kits look so generic.
I was never a fan of the Nike kits, I also think they were uncomfortable.
New Balance kits started badly but the last 2 home kits have been good. A couple of good away shirts too.
I would be happy with New Balance but think Adidas do good kits but I fear they would stick 3 stripes down the side of our shirt.

 

Not an official but always had a soft spot for this one.

New Balance should do something similar for our 10 in a row season.

 

I voted other the other being O'Neills

 

Bit plain for me.

Get Henrik on the sleeves maybe? And some decorative Thompson guns around the crest then we’re onto a winner

 

That's the only drawback really. It's not busy enough.

I'd put a Treble on each sleeve and one on the back of the jersey to signify the Treble Treble.

I don’t mind Adidas kits, but the branding is boring and almost takes over the shirt. All brands stick their logo on, and many Umbro kits we’ve had had their logo superimposed into the shirt design which could be seen as OTT.

But Adidas always have the three stripes on the shoulders and often down the sides under the arms too. If they were to go down the sides under the arms then our shirts would not be our traditional hoops as each hoop would be broken by the three vertical stripes.

 

Change the colours to something more luminous add a few palm trees in the background and you'll be won over

 

No, it’s just well, a bit too much that tap..

 

Umbro are a * make but footballing wise they where and are brilliant! We are money making deals we either need to stay go back to nike or sign with adidas to bring cash in

 

Does anyone have any idea why umbro made and sponsored us ? Did we struggle to get a sponsor because other than of recent us and them had joint sposorship aftrr cr smith they where with mcewans and we never really had anyone but umbro over the kits

 

Hoops have been broken numerous amount of times since 2001

 

That would probably bring in the biggest sales of any Celtic top previously sold

 

Can only remember the 2001 shirt which wasn’t hoops as had white running down under the arms, so was effectively green and white horizontal stripes.

Stand to be proved wrong, but I’m sure all shirts since then have had hoops which is how our shirts should be, and always have been since 1902 or 1903 (can’t remember which) when we switched from green and white stripes.
