    lol what rule is this your making up? and new FIFA or/and UEFA laws tend to be gradually introduced. they take at least 1-2seasons to be fully in place.

    if this was the case Naka would be on the first flight home.

    I heard a rumour that it's a done deal for 4million, now tha Dutch/Morrocan Cannibal guy is mentioned too.

    I doubt it, imo both rumours are wide of the mark, we wouldn't spend such a large amount of our kitty on 2 CB's would we?

    I think we just have a shortlist of names and we sound out all of them so that if if we make a decision on a player and are well down the line in negotiations with him and he pulls out then we are not left up * creek because we have already sounded out other players.

    Remember last summer we were seriously linked with Donati and Delvecchio and last January we were linked with Hinkel and Coelho yet we only signed one of the players on both occasions.

    Hopefully he'll be swayed to us by actually wanting medals and trophies and Champions league football every year, rather than going to someone like everton and trying to break the top 4 mould. Him and mick would be brilliant and caldwell as a backup.
