This might be good for us. The last few seasons there hasn’t really been a challenge for the players domestically.

Maybe a few doings and embarrassing defeats is what is needed to ignite the hunger within the dressing room.

Brendan said it himself today. ‘Celtic players will feel the heat now’

We’ve been on cruise for a while. Papering over cracks. Today might be a turning point. The good thing is it’s happened early this season and we might look back on today and be thankful for this defeat.

There was nothing remotely near perfect about last season. The 2nd half of last season was no different to now. Pumping a completely different hun team 3 times masked it.
It is tho the first problem hes faced and hes changed nothing so far to solve it

This won't get any better. We are robotic in our play. It's the same * game after game. We blow everyone away if they come out and try to play against us. BUT they've all learned not to do that....we are not good enough to break teams down at the moment and it's not down to the quality of our players.

We have less points than newly promoted Livingston.

We have dropped 8 points out of 9 on the road!

No keep the faith * from me.

Huns played killie off the park a few weeks ago.

By all accounts destroyed st Johnstone today who we play and will probably struggle against on Wednesday.

There are 3 groups at fault here

Primarily the board they spent nil in the summer from 1st July onwards. In the last 18 months our net spend is £100,000 with a turn over over £101.6m

They clearly failed to deliver 3 of Brendan top targets in the summer.

They are guilty of gross negligence imo and a vote of no confidence should be made in them at the upcoming AGM.

They have tried to manipulate the wording in the accounts with their "debt and debt like items" as @ILoveTheCeltic highlighted there is £40m cash sitting in the bank.

They are £20m in profit already this summer from the sale of moussa in one lump sum btw!

Lawwell has been paid over £1.1m again for what? That is higher than 16 EPL CEO's his quote "We can't pay epl wages" but yet his salary is higher than teams with a constant turnover over over £100m. He claimed in 2014 "Celtic fans are deluded if they think their is a big pot of money to pump into the squad" well Peter that big pot of money is now sitting there.

The board will always get away with anything they want they are untouchable in their eyes.

The manager he has allowed the board to get away with hit he has came out with thinly veiled digs, Celtic fans would think more of him if he just came out and said right lads this is how it went lawwell and bankier have * us over, I don't care if people say it's not worth his job we would all gun for lawwell I haven't liked the * since he made Lennon sign a confidential agreement never to disclose his reason for his resignation in 2014. Yet again if you listen to people who claim to know lenny he was told you will need to sell forster and van dijk if you want to sign anyone despite back to back UCL qualifications.

Players seem to have chucked it sideways pass after sideways pass. Mediocre performances the game against the Huns masked any issues.

The players need to look at the table and take a long hard * look at themselves.

People went on about 10 in a row and a treble treble.

Not a * chance will either happen - I accuse the board of corporate sabotage and they should removed along with the manager should Celtic fail to win the spfl this season.

We are a football club who have long celebrated trophies being held aloft not * profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, a support who remain loyal to the club but out loyalty like Brendans has been taken for granted by Lawwell and his cronies. I got laughed off here when I said Celtic for change 2018 then the GB had a banner "back the manager or back to mediocrity" it's worse than that back the manager or it's back to the drawing board next summer going for 1 in a row and for me that's unacceptable at every level!

Time to wake up as a club - Celtic fans aren't stupid time to make a stand!

Lennon was staring down a similar abyss, after being 3-0 down at HT to Kilmarnock, I think. We bounced back stronger. Obviously, circumstances aren't identical now, but I hope we can reignite the engine.

100% I think Rodgers has lost part of the dressing room.

I also think since we sold Moussa Ntcham and Eddy look different.

Rodgers seems like he has just given up.

Normally I'd say you were talking pish, but putting the ridiculous summer recruitment fiasco aside, playing 6 in midfield against St. Mirren with a P.E teacher in charge, and then losing to Kilmarnock and Rodgers telling the fans "they should be worried"......well, I'm starting to think you're not to far off the truth.

The worry for me is if we have these problems in the transfer market with Rodgers, after all he has achieved, what hope does the next * have?

Thing is I thought he would run down south when the first chairman in the EPL gets rid of their manager within a few months after this summer window not being backed.

It feels like he is doing this on purpose to say to the board you haven’t backed me so here is a big * you.

Give him the money to build a team capable of competing in Europe and the domestic stuff will take care of itself.
