    So whatever you saying?

We are nailed on for the league?

We haven't won a * game away this season.

I agree it's too early to be talking about winning or losing but those who say we are nailed on to win it need to take their heads out of their arses and actually look at the dross that's being played week in week out.

    Is that not fair?

Don’t think Hearts will win it. Be between us and the Huns. They are more on form and scoring plenty in the league. But I’m hopeful we can turn it around.

No it's not fair pal. In fact it is just plain stupid. As I have already pointed out check the entire 45 pages of this thread and you will literally not find 1 post suggesting we are nailed on for the league. However you will find a dozen or more saying we have no chance of winning the league which is pure hyperbole bed wetting *. We are the still the most likely winners of the league this season and pretty much no * with 2 brain cells to rub together could doubt that.

Folk talk about perspective, there's your perspective right there. 6 games in and we are being outperformed by half the league, performances are worsening every week, can't score, can't defend and showing no signs of changing anything.

only plus point from today was malumba. if rodger persists on 1 striker and 1 off him then make it ntcham ahead of brown and malumba bcoz right now rogic has lost form. morgan also looked ok and id defo play him before Sinclair who has had enough chances.

I would rather have sviatchenko than Hendry.
I would rather Roberts than Johnston
I would rather Armstrong than Christie

I cant beleive the arrogance of some of our fans tbh. We have only scored more than 1 goal in a league game on the opening game. 5 league games since then...3 goals...losing 2 games...drawing 1.

How is that even remotely near league winning form?

We cant just rely on all other teams being shiter than we are to win the league.

In 1996/97, we outperformed Oldco Rangers vs the rest of the Scottish League

They dropped points more often than we did, and didn't put impressive runs together like we achieved.

But, we lost the 4 games against them and they won the title.

Similar to then, but the shoe is on the other foot, teams see Newco as a side they can beat, and open up a bit more. That means the Huns have higher scoring games in their new incarnation. With us, a side knows it is better to sit back and be difficult to break down - to hit us on the break. We are still the game that people look forward to - taking points off us is a big achievement.

They go to Fir Park and it's 3-3. We got there, it will be 1-0 0-0 1-1 or 0-1 - as nobody will play that kind of open football against us and hope to tell about it.

When the chips are down, this Celtic side comes through. In my book, Back to back treble winning performances deserve us to have a little faith and confidence in the team.

I didn't say you did mate which is why I qualified that your post was just the one that tipped me over the edge. However you did mention folk saying we are nailed on for the league and like I say I have read the entire thread and literally no-one has done that. If you think that's incorrect check the thread and get back to me.
