Celtic were *. Unfortunately other teams know exactly how we play and pack their defence and make iit very hard for us to break us down

We’ve been saying that after every game. When it was 1-1 i turned to my mate and said if we dont win this the league is very much up for grabs. And then we concede. In my opinion we have * it up for ourselves monumentaly.

Rodgers is on £2.5m a year it's about time he started justifying it now.

I think we switched off a little and were punished for that.

It is never easy to go to these places and win, when they sit with their entire team (almost) behind the ball.

I said on here last September this summer.

    Roberts
    Armstrong
    Dembele

Would all be gone and they would need replaced they haven't.

As much as Brendan tactics are failing he has been hung out by the board.

I said lawwell gambled with £40m this summer and it could be £80m that is a now a real possibility.

Look the banners out Mr Lawwell your failure to back the manager has cost you!

League is certainly not gone. But we are gonna have to do more than we have done for years to win it.

There are some on here who if they won the EuroMillions on Thursday and their coupon didn't come up on Saturday would be fearing bankruptcy. No sense of perspective about these things.

What you think Hearts can win the league? No chance. We all know they are inevitably going to slide down the table and finish at the lower end of the top 6.

It's between ourselves and the Huns, and even if they win today (they haven't won yet, despite the BBC already saying they have scored the winning goal!!!) they are only 1 point clear of us and we have 3 more skelpings to hand out to them.

Sinclair needs punted, * knows what's wrong with him but have lost patience, he's been * horrendous. Lustig is hellish as well. He's done us proud but he's an absolute liability. If it wasn't for Griff we'd be *; no * looks like scoring.

teams have certainly got our number

if we had a john hartson a guy that was a goal scorer with his feet and behmoth in the air we wouldnt be losing or drawing these games

the 2 forwards we have arent all rounders like him though, eduard likes it on the deck is young and is feeling the pressure griffiths is a bit lightweight and likes to run behind the defence but cant do that when the opposition are sat deep he also isnt a strong physical striker that is gonna move players with his strength out of the way in the box or score lots with his head

also given we only play with one striker usually that also can be a bit of problem

think maybe just go 442 next game griffiths and edouard double the chances of us getting goals ?

how do you know what his perspective is??? methinks all he's saying is rather than focus on the disaster that we currently are let's just try (and it's * hard granted at the moment) and focus on some positives!! I'm with the guy on that!!! Mind you, i'm an optimist, thank * at the moment!!

ps- this doesn't mean i'm not a bit concerned!!!

Probably unfair to single him out ( sorry @bhoy_wonder ) but was about the 10th almost identical post I had seen since the end of the game about the league. None of which had specifically addressed what we should have done differently both today n going forward and imo they just don't add much to the thread.

Yes also not singling him out! Just using your "zzzzz" post to sum up the general response to that line of thinking.

Hope it doesn't look like me putting the boot in to folk.

SIXTH in the table and we are exactly where we deserve to be.

I would like to think this would be a wake up call to our players but i don't think it will be as the manager has allowed this turgid style of possession play for far too long. We are toothless going forward 'unless' we do so at speed/on the break and that happens very rarely these days.

heart/fight/passion/hunger.. all missing in 90% of our play. January is a fookin long way off and most of our players seem to not give a * with a few (very few) notable exceptions

    Gutted
