    just to say i've heard a thread going around tht celtic are going to put in a £5 mil bid for chelsea's wayne bridge!!1

    personally think he'd be a gr8 signing !

    wayne bridge is a great shout, knows wgs from there time at southampton, not sure if id want to blow the major part of our budget on a LB,

    Never in a million years get him for that money sadly. Would be great, but lets face it, a £5m player in the EPL is worth at least £12m.

    Some of the prices banded about down there are frightening. £12m for Crouch, £15m for Bent, both good players, but Bent for that money, was never worth it.
