    In my current positive mood, I originally read that tweet as kinda like, “I’ve given my word I’d be at Celtic after this window, and I’m gonna keep it.”

    Didn’t even occur to me that it could be a dig at BR or Celtic.
    Now the more I think about it, and the fact that he liked Sutton’s tweet, it does seem like a dig.

    IF Dembele is publicly "calling out" Rodgers as a man who is not true to his word then he will never play for Celtic again.

    However there could be something lost in translation here, did Dembele fully understand what Sutton was saying when he liked his tweet? We will find out over the next 48hrs or so.

    When a player publicly slates his manager like that, I don't know if that's mendable.

    If we keep him now, this whole thing becomes a circus. They'll talk about it incessantly, and it just becomes a drain.

    We've * it up without a doubt, but now that we're here, I'd just punt him and do whatever we can to get a decent replacement in tomorrow. The last thing we need is a clique in the dressing room undermining the manager.

    It just seems so out of character for Dembele to publicly slate the manager, unless he thought he was being subtle enough to get away with it!

    Hopefully there’s nothing in it.
    Maybe he just promised his bird she could invite big Oli over for a threesome and he’s finally fulfilled that promise, we don’t know anything :fear:

    The guys not been sly, he’s been loyal and played at 100% for us right till the end. If this was his time to go then that’s it, if he’s been * about by the club then I can understand his frustrations. There’s definitely something to it, it’s not a strop when he’s saying he loves the fans and crest. If he’s to stay and play Sunday I expect him to be committed for his careers sake and the fans sake, I can respect that.
