    Nah * him, he chose to leave for the money, I dont believe any of the bollocks that was talked about playing in a better league.
    Anyway, he has Sulky Stan to keep him company, they can sit and swap stories about the time they played for a bigger club !

    the main arguement for wee Shaun is as a player who hasnt settled we may get him for a far smaller fee than he is really worth. He is a great player who is being misused at Villa. He always plays well when he is played but rarely is. I dont know what MON is thinking of. If he had stayed with us and progressed he would be worth a fortune. His lack of action may keep the price down. If we can get him back for 2-3 million that would be a killing IMO. All the unforgiving bunch, remember young men make big mistakes. A very unchristian attitude I hope you are happy with similar treatment from the big man upstairs when you reach the pearly gates:icon_mrgreen:.

    There's a strong rumour kicking about the hun board that he's going to sign for them. Seemingly Bain was in Birmingham this week trying to thrash out a deal. He better not the wee *.

    I'd like to think he wouldn't join that filth but I just dont know. I also dont believe for a minute his agent made him do anything and is he really Celtic through and through? he did grow up in Aberdeen. I'm hoping its just the deluded huns talking *, but if he does he will be public enemy number1 in my eyes.

    from my understanding, anyone correct me if i'm wrong, but did we not make him a good offer before he left, which he turned down? he thought he could better himself somewhere else and found out maybe he was wrong, i wouldnt have him back

    would take maloney back because naka will leave at the end of next season and that gives him the chance to step in and take his place. mcgeady and maloney on either wing would be excellent

    The Celtic Song so long as Dean Park doesn't sing it.
    I sincereley hope they find another club! I heard Celtic were in talks with Rangers to secure the services of Kenny Miller when his contract ends in a few years time. :bbpd: That would be three that can * right off!

    Kyogo. A phenomenon
    Take Maloney in a second - good competition for the wings, still young, and proven in the Scottish Prem... as for Petrov, he's in for goal of the season down south (a f^cking gem), and played well second half of the season - other than that, he's been absolute gash - keep the faith in Donati / Brown / Hartley / Robson - Petrov offers us nothing new.

    HAIL HAIL.

    Maloney will be back am almost certain of it. And the people saying * them we've moved on, don't let your pride get in the way of us signing a player that would improve our team. I think we were all * off when both of these players decided to leave but the bottom line is, WE'VE MOVED ON!!! I honestly believe that both players would be immense for us if they came back. Why deny ourselves that?

    Maloney Unhappy

    Sorry if this has already been posted: I'd like to see him back.

    Maloney admits Villa frustration

    <!-- S BO --> <!-- S IIMA --> <table align="right" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="203"> <tbody><tr><td> [IMG] Maloney has struggled to settle since joining Villa

    </td></tr> </tbody></table> <!-- E IIMA --> <!-- S SF --> Aston Villa's Shaun Maloney has admitted his frustration at failing to command a regular first-team place.
    The Scotland midfielder, who has been linked with a return to Celtic, said: "I've got something to think about.
    "I have started to enjoy the club down south but I've just not played and I don't think that's ideal.
    "One day I'd like to come back and play in Scotland but I have got a few years left on my contract at Villa so we will see what happens." <!-- E SF -->
    Maloney left Celtic in a £1m deal in January 2007, linking up with former Bhoys boss Martin O'Neill at Villa Park.

    Meanwhile, United States goalkeeper Brad Guzan is keen to join Villa this summer.
    He was poised to move from Chivas USA for £2m in January before being refused a work permit.
    Guzan is now close to playing the necessary games for his country required to secure Home Office approval and came on as a substitute against England at Wembley.
    "Hopefully there will be more interest from Aston Villa," he said.
    "When I was there a few months back, it was an absolutely brilliant time - great people, great facilities and I couldn't say one bad thing about the place. I would love to sign for Villa."
