1 each of course favours the home side second leg but, if we score first....then we are fully in the driving seat as even if they equalised, we know we only need 1 goal for them to need a minimum 2 more..

I think it was yourself that made the point last week that this mob are streetwise, i would say we are the better team with better players, but that ain't always enough.

Really hope we can put in a mature and brave performance and get the job done, it would be a massive morale booster for everyone.

Probably was mate and it's 1 of the thing's we know we'll need to watch..

It's gonna be tough as * but we did show first half hour that we could get at them and in behind..

We have to use our pace in the wide area's and find a man. It's definitely an area we can expose. They were very narrow but defended well though..

It might even take a scorcher from long range as they were fairly happy to let us take a few from 25 yard's or so..

It would be 1 of Rodgers biggest results in his tenure in my opinion. It's ginormous this game..

Really think your spot on there. The hope I have is that I feel like we are a better team then they are. But the pessimism is that they are much more streetwise then we are. We are going to have to produce something special and have some really big mature performances tomorrow but I really fear for our central backs.

I have a sneaky feeling we will scrape it.

The whole team have to work their socks off for each other. Especially the midfield and attack as we need to try and limit them getting anywhere near the defence (for obvious reasons).

Our pressing has not been good enough for long enough. When we have been at our best under Brendan we have pressed teams quickly and won the ball early further up the pitch.

I will be a lot more confident if Dembele and Edouard are both starting.

If we're to go through then we are gong to have to do it the hard way i.e. break them down. There's no need for them to go gung ho, they will play 442 again, it's what they do, they will be a counter attacking team at home, just like they were at Celtic Park. It's not beyond us, no way, but Forrest and KT will be key, they need to be turning that defence and hitting the bye line....I can't remember Forrest doing that at all last week, KT was our only real threat going forward.

The consequence of not making the CL will be the sale of a player, probably when the EPL window opens again, and probably KT. In that scenario there's every chance Brendan will be gone as soon after.....a win tomorrow is a must!

Away from home in Europe the way we defend I can't see anything other than a loss.i don't think they're anything special but we are so fragile in defence I can't see them not scoring.

Can't see it at the minute. Been on a massive downer since the weekend. The whole of this last week has been the worst week in years for the club.

The Media would love you to think that. In reality we drew with Athens, Hearts beat us and Rodgers wants the Board to sign some *. It’s not exactly doomsday.

Literally a positive result tomorrow is all we’re away from the next complete shift in perception of how things are.

The Board have major work to do to appease the fans given how public Rodgers frustration now is.

I think we’ll go out btw, but I pray I’m wrong.

Even if we score first we're not streetwise enough to see the game out. This AEK team are. They know how to shut up shop, can defend and stifle us, whilst hitting our pishy weak defence on the counter.
Any performance like saturdays and we've no chance.
    But there's always hope...

It's mainly just the way I feel. Felt we needed a lot more than a draw against Athens at home and I can't see us putting in the performance we need away from home. The manner of the defeat to Hearts frustrated me. We looked flat and out of ideas. We need some fresh impetus and there haven't been any links of interest all window. I wasn't even bothered about McGinn but the public mishandling of that and Boyata are a disaster at this moment in time.

Like you say, it could all swing tomorrow night but I'm struggling to be optimistic at the moment.

If we go to the EL playoff maybe a wee run getting some decent results and not hammering would be good for us and then back into UCL next year! Gets some co-efficiency points aswell! Can make up to £12m minimum in EL am sure this season! Still 1/3 of CL but still money and with the new £10m a season dafabet (according to phil) still money int pot

Voted yes but that's maybe bravado more than anything else, just can't seem to let the hope go although it's gonnae be really tough.

Win the match, that's all, win the f**kin' match.
