I'd say it was Ajer that was more at fault for their goal, having watched it a few times.

Can't see us keeping a clean sheet next week they're a cut above Rosenborg and we ship goals way too easily away from home will need some much better attacking play than tonight.

He scared to make a decision and attack the ball when it's in the air he doesn't feel confident in him self as a centre back I don't actually think he is one

There's a wild defeatist attitude in this forum. We drew 1 all with the Greek champions in a champions league qualifier. Alright... It's half time and it's 1-0 to them but * me!! Come on!! Any of yous * remember the old saying '''Keep the faith''??

It's hard to swallow when you see the lads go out, start well and then tail off but we're not done yet!!

I think we'll do them over there, so cheer up you whinging bunch of *

I agree. Celtic still in it.

Wont be too easy as when you give Greeks a window and they smell blood - they are very strong at home - against anyone in football. No team on earth likes playing in Hellas. I think it will be a good game. What stuck out for me tonight were Celtic's lack of technical players. Greek league (going by the Hibs/Asteras and tonight) is far more technical than the Scottish Prem. I think Celtic should play in the premier league - your league does you no favours for a club of your size and history.

Thought we played okay tonight, Athens definitely favourite s but not beyond us, probably in the minority but not too bothered if we end up in Europa League group stages ,
Great achievement getting to champions league last 2 years but found it a bit demoralising watching the team I love getting pumped 7-0 and 7-1, plus as someone pointed out, aw the investment Brendan s made us over they 2 campaigns and were still squabbling over 3M ODDS for a hibs player

Actually look forward to European games against the likes of Ajax, feynoord and Atalanta genuinely believing we’re in with a right good chance of winning them

    * it, we've got to keep the faith, we've got one of the best managers in Britain and he always finds a way to fix results like these. I'm confident we'll go over there and score, although it's going to feel like * up until the game but we're not out, not by a long shot. Board have got to take Rodgers serious and next week will hopefully prove why (not that he needs proof, but still)

Agree with you with the Uefa Cup i know the money is a lot less but would rather compete in that rather than get spanked silly n just be cannon fodder an see the same 4/6 teams compete to win the CL gettin boring now

    Lack of technical player's?

McGregor, Ntcham, Tierney, Forrest, and Rogic..

The technical aspect isn't our problem. Creativity and defence was tonight..

Everything's been hunky dory with the exception of the Dembele injury right up until this whole McGinn saga came to a close and now tonight.

Utter shambles on the part of the board. Last three years we've diced with CL qualification by throwing out an unproven defence, and this year it looks like it might just cost us.

Poor indeed. Edouard was pish, looked lazy and tired, touch was terrible. I’d rather he came off for Griff and Rogic stayed on.

Rogic is great when teams stay deep, he thrives on it.

Get Sinclair out before the window shuts, not much else to say about that renowned 1 season wonder. In fact, there is, he’s *. Get rid. Made zero impact coming on, when he should have had something to prove.

Ntcham and Tierney are class. Celtic are lucky to have them. Both would walk into most sides. They looked sharp tonight. They are the benchmark for future signings, the type of quality to improve the 1st team. Wasn’t Ntcham’s fault he couldn’t find that killer pass considering the mediocre movement in front of him. And for a left back, Tierney is a better winger than Sinclair, beats his man more often and gets balls into the box.

Yes, Ajer was at fault for their goal but I’m not slating him. We should have more than enough to recover from that at home against 10 men in a crucial CL qualifier.

We can win over there, we can definitely score - just need to concentrate at the back. Come on the Bhoys!!!

    And, signings please board.

    Goodnight lads and lassies. Believe.

I would imagine that's sarcasm? Or are you defeated at half time?

The less money will not affect the fans just PL as the money the club gets he is not spending it on players , * knows what the board are doing with it?? giving it to the tory party election fund?????
