Strachans Transfer Funds for the summer

Donati has the best range of passing at the club other than maybe Robson. He can track well too. He can be great in the air. He just needs to learn the need to crap and to operate in tight situations. That is more about adaption. JJ had the same problem in his first season but looked to have about cracked it just before we sold him. I have a hunch he could be a lot better next season. He seems a really decent bloke and a bit of a character too. BTW, he never scored many goals. He was always a sitting CM. Its not his job any more than it was Lennys. I would give him until the Jan window.

* sake we only won the league on Thursday and were ripping into the squad, Donati was bought as a youngster for 10 mill once so he cant be that pish. Plus like has already been said hes in a strange country with a different style of football. I think wgs will keep him if hes got the right attitude and wants to stay. if not good luck to him.

I think I would give Donati and Brown another season to get it together not all players are * hot in the first season.

I think WGS will get some decent signings in as well, but I doubt it will be any of the EPL players mentioned as we can't afford their wages.

We really need to be looking at guys outside the EPL who have the ability to play at CL level like proven internationals.

I like Big Sammy but don't think hes good enough to spend 3-4 million on as he not any better than what we've got.

I would love us to sign someone with a bit of flair up front.

a longer shot but I wouldnt write him off. Has qualities and weaknesses, He wont start he needs a seasons loan. Fans have written off too many players too soon.

 

Totally agree we should stop moaning about the players maybe with a bit of support their confidence could grow.

I liked how much the title win meant to guys like Donati and Sno, they were loving it, give the guys a chance.

 

Totally agree mate but I just think for that kind of money there's got to be a bargain out there that would be more effective, but as I said I like the Big fella and if we get him I'll no be moaning.

Decent posts i wouldn't mind so much. Back the squad mate, I would have thought you at least learned that over the past 2 weeks or so.

No way mate they were loving it cos there team won if they didn't give a * they would have acted like stan at the celebrations when he took the huff.

I just think we should support the team a wee bit more, Donati looked the part but lost confidence and Sno will become a decent player he just needs more experience, when the fans get on their backs it sets them back even more.

 

donati helped us get in to the last 16 but how much did we pay for him just for that
