For generations, the British media have generally portrayed themselves as not only free but especially free and unbias news. The Crown BBC even provided a World service so people around the world would be able to know the 'truth', that their own governments hid from them.
All that time, all those decades the British Crown governments aim was to tell their own state crafted selective news! Very professional liars with centuries of experience at managing the news, that made them excel at propaganda.
That professional control of the news for so long is why the typical british person, without the need for much if any reflective questioning, imagines themselves as better than foreigners.
That is why they would only be able to imagine that state sponsored terrorist death squads only operated in places like South America.

The context and listing and timeline of the british terrorist crimes, that would indeed shame at least some of the devils in *.
