I don't think Hartley and Robson are under rated by Celtic fans, I haven't met anyone who doesn't think they were brilliant for us

thought big Fortune was a great player and Lennon should have kept him for a season or 2

Just couldn’t take to him. Loved his goals and his partnerships with Stokes and Sammy, but he just always seemed like the kind of wee Essex fandan that you’d see down a dodgy car dealership, who’d pump yer missus as soon as look at you.

That the club does too much to appease elements within society that will hate our club no matter what.

Such as in the song let the people sing, we removed a full verse not to offend the British.

Ironically in this example it’s about a song written to show the brits we won’t be muted and we will sing our songs even if they ban them. And Celtic unbelievably remove that part of the song and in theory deny the fans the opportunity to ‘let them sing their stories and their songs’

Sold t shirts in the shops saying “Let the people sing.” I can’t look at this phrase any other way than political. The club has some highly intelligent people working in branding and sales. They understand the opportunity to make money. And in this instance can’t backtrack and say they misunderstood the message behind it. There was mumbling coming from the boardroom when we were due to face the racist Israeli club about letting ourselves down and even some fans chipped in about us displaced flags in support of Palestine. Even though there was no issues raised about the Star of David on display. What happened got the club world wide media attention and praise that they couldn’t have bought. Even Rodger Waters going out of his way to make a 5 minute video in our praise.
Point being the board and higher up will back us up when it suits them and reap the benefits from us the fans actions.

    What verse was removed?

I've never heard a version without this verse.

Presumably they've got some * like Johnny Mac to record a sanitised version to play over the PA at Parkhead? Vile.

I also cringe when I hear a version of This Land which drops the "Free Derry"

See the time he hit Dailly in the first minute of the huns game. * went 5 feet in the air. We totally dominated them that game and for me it was the defining moment. JVH scores the last minute header but we bullied them and controlled that game.

Up to that point we were on our worse run of derby defeats since the 90s. We'd lost four on the bounce.

Was great to see Robson smash that * in the first minute. Celebrated that like a goal. Take that you *.

Don't think Robson was one of them tbh

He did play for them at one stage when he'd have been in his late teens, but I don't think he actually ever supported them.

Barry Robson was 100% a Celtic fan was he not?

Pretty sure Christian Dailly grew up supporting one of the Dundee sides too.

I thought Robson was a sheep. Born in Inverurie and Aberdeen would have been successful when he was growing up.
